The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, peaceful with a great view from the balcony and interior. Beaches, shopping and restaurants are nearby and easily accessible by vehicle.

Condo met our needs perfectly for what we needed. Communication with host/rental agency was poor. As mentioned at check in despite the tropical nature of the surroundings there may be bugs or geckos and that they treat it quarterly. We felt that was unlikely as we had many geckos in the home with an abundant amount of large roaches. Feces from geckos were all over the walls and floors. Little to no door trim was present on the front door likely leading to some of this problems. Overall, the unit was great and as described with everything you need to utilize the kitchen and proximity to the pool.

Maui July 2-25

Property was well maintained and quiet. There were issues with cockroaches, and large spiders in the unit. It said they do monthly pest control, but I think the unit needs to have a deeper cleaning for insects. We have been to Hawaii many times and have never had a cockroach or large spiders in the condo unit.
