Step outside to the expansive patio, ideal for relaxing and watching the kids play, and enjoy the BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a sound machine to ensure a restful night's sleep. The house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: one bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with a queen bed, and one bedroom with bunk beds. The living room offers a shared space for relaxation. The house also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additional amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, and free parking.

You're just a short drive from popular attractions like Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. For those who prefer to walk, the beautiful seawall beach is only a 5-minute stroll away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age for the primary guest is 21 years old. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (there is a $250 fine). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please be aware that events and parties are not permitted at this property.
