(This Property is for sale )...Welcome to Galveston Island known for its beaches and rich history. Galveston offers many attractions such as Schlitterbahn Water Park and Moody Gardens where glass pyramids house sharks, monkeys and other animals. Visit the historical Galveston Pleasure Pier with shops, restaurants, arcade and amusement rides all out over the ocean. There is a train museum and two WWII ship museums at Seawolf Park. Johnson Space Center,
mission control, is twenty minutes away. Lastly Galveston hosts one of the largest historical districts in the country. The Strand District has the largest collection of early 19th Century commercial architecture anywhere in the United States. The city also hosts a half dozen or more of famous Victorian Style mansions open to the public. Come play, relax and enjoy the rich history.

Front row seats to the epic Galveston sunrises and sunsets. Inside the home is an open floor plan, utility closet, 1/2 bath and mud room on the main floor. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms & 2 baths.
The primary bedroom has a private covered deck, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with tile surround shower & double vanities. Throughout the home you will find custom window treatments, tile flooring, recessed lighting, crown molding, modern finishes & designer hardware Beachside Village community is a community close to the Seawall, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. This home is just a short walk to the beach and dune walkover.
Ring doorbell and outside cameras on main and master deck are in use.
Kayaks not for use. 150.00 fee if house key is not put back after stay.
NO TRAILERS of any kind.
Base rate is for 2 People. Extra guest fees apply after that.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was very clean and high end, including the towels and the patio furniture. The kitchen is the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen! Everything was labeled and easy to find. The property manager was very responsive and communicative and explained everything well. Steps to the beach and really quaint beautiful neighborhood! The only thing I would suggest is bringing your own shampoo bottles since the property does not provide any. We would definitely come back again next time!

Second time staying here. Excellent location, fully stocked kitchen, near the beach. It’s nice to have access to beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a wagon to help carry everything to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Great property! Short walk to the beach, and the garage had beach chairs and umbrellas for shade - but even better a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach! My only suggestion is it would be great for there to be tiny shampoo along with the tiny body wash

The house was exactly as described in a nice neighborhood. Walking to the beach was effortless. Huge bonus, a bar/grill was on the beach and prices were extremely reasonable. We would stay here again without hesitation!

The 5 of us truly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this lovely, immaculate, and very comfortable beach house. It is extremely well-equipped from the kitchen to the balconies and if we had stayed for several days longer we would have still had everything we needed.The balconies provided the shade and breezes to keep us cool and the beach was just a short stroll away through the beautiful neighborhood. We walked to the nearby beach bar, The Tipsy Turtle, which was very conveniently located and the bartender did not skimp on the beverages.The house is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, the Seawall, and downtown. We had a nice meal at Waterman’s Seafood Restaurant which was less than a 5 minute drive and some of us ventured into town for lunch, shopping, and checking out the art galleries.The host was easy to contact although we experienced no problems at all during our stay. All five of us agreed that we would love to return for another visit. Kudos for providing your guests with a great Galveston stay!

The house is absolutely beautiful and well cared for. The check in process is easy. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the sea wall, Pleasure Pier and many restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent. Definitely 10/10!!
