Welcome to Galveston Island known for its beaches and rich history. Galveston offers many attractions such as Schlitterbahn Water Park and Moody Gardens where glass pyramids house sharks, monkeys and other animals. Visit the historical Galveston Pleasure Pier with shops, restaurants, arcade and amusement rides all out over the ocean. There is a train museum and two WWII ship museums at Seawolf Park. Johnson Space Center,
mission control, is twenty minutes away. Lastly Galveston hosts one of the largest historical districts in the country. The Strand District has the largest collection of early 19th Century commercial architecture anywhere in the United States. The city also hosts a half dozen or more of famous Victorian Style mansions open to the public. Come play, relax and enjoy the rich history.

Front row seats to the epic Galveston sunrises and sunsets. Inside the home is an open floor plan, utility closet, 1/2 bath and mud room on the main floor. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms & 2 baths.
The primary bedroom has a private covered deck, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with tile surround shower & double vanities. Throughout the home you will find custom window treatments, tile flooring, recessed lighting, crown molding, modern finishes & designer hardware Beachside Village community is a community close to the Seawall, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. This home is just a short walk to the beach and dune walkover.
Ring doorbell and outside cameras on main and master deck are in use.
Kayaks not for use. 150.00 fee if house key is not put back after stay.
NO TRAILERS of any kind.
Base rate is for 2 People. Extra guest fees apply after that.

Beautiful home in an incredible neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The house was clean, well stocked and organized. The beds and living space is comfortable with lots of windows and patio views.

After staying in many VRBOs, this home really stood out. Exceptional cleanliness, stocked with every essential item that you would need in the kitchen and baths. This place is very modern, close to the beach, and well-equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils and beach gear, including wagons, beach chairs, and kids’ toys. We stayed here for the second year in a row and can highly recommend both the place and its host. Communication with Larry was easy—he responded very quickly.

I am hard to please yet this property blew my mind. This is a new build with two very powerful ac units. Clean, well appointed (every glass cup and cooking implement a full-time household could need), all of the beach stuff, except sand castle toys, and much closer than a so-called short walk to the beach--also there is a boardwalk, instead of stairs for easy access. It is also about a 6 minute drive to all of the kid stuff we wanted to do like go karts, mini golf, and the movie theater. I know people often state in a review that they will be back, but seriously we will be back. I think that this would be a nice place to host Thanksgiving, as our house is not as nice as this rental, or to just pop in in the summer like we did.

By far the cleanest and nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The owner was amazing and answered any questions I had quickly. I think he went above and beyond with communication. The beach was a short walk and absolutely beautiful! I hope we get to stay here again.

Excellent Beach Vacation

The property is very clean and exactly as described. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. The property has wagons, chairs, beach towels, coolers, and everything you need to enjoy the beach. This property is very close to local restaurants, while still being in a quiet and safe little neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

Beach Time with Grandsons

This was a perfect beachhouse. Just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with dishes, pots and pans, knives and any device you would need. The linens were new, fluffy and fresh. Close to Galveston yet quiet. Will definitely come back if invited!

Well-appointed beach house, but technicalities challenge

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was well-equipped kitchen-wise, laundry room, bedrooms, baths. My only gripes are minor for most people: very late check-in at 5pm, which combined w 11am checkout, makes it feel like I lost a day of decompression time and instead started my trip w high stress levels trying to quickly get set up in home, put away groceries, do meal prep for evening activities, refresh, etc. It seems a cleaning service that can finish earlier in the day is an imp consideration for a rental situation. My only other minor gripe is the excessive extra paperwork (4 page doc) before trip, along w lots of reading notes to figure out how to lock, unlock, garbages, etc. Homeowners forget it's already a challenge to get a family prepared for a trip, please don't compound the challenges w excessive technicalities. Otherwise, beautiful home w lovely furnishings made me feel like I was at my own 2nd home!
