Enjoy the view of the gulf from the upstairs 2nd floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with a glass top stove/oven and dishwasher. There is an abundance of cute dishes and good quality cookware. You'll find all small appliances including Keurig and drip coffee makers. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis water purifier at the kitchen sink and ice maker. Use pure water for cooking and drinking while you're there.
Free WiFi, a 50" flatscreen TV with DVD, in living room. Off this great room a wall of windows faces the beach with ocean breeze, large, covered deck with large patio table, sofa seating area and plenty of chairs for everyone. You and your family will enjoy hours of fun playing games, cards and enjoying one another on the deck.

Two bedrooms and two large bathrooms on main level. Upstairs one bedroom, another large bathroom, and 4th bedroom/loft with 2 queen futons, single futon, and closet with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has either queen or king bed AND thick queen futon. All three bathrooms are roomy with oversized shower with shower hose for bathing the little ones, plenty of countertop space, linen shelves, and long sitting bench for dressing the little ones. Ceiling fans in every room, wood floors throughout and tiled baths.
You'll love the space this house gives you that many homes on the island are not able to...including ample parking space!
Fully fenced yard with outside shower and plenty of covered parking downstairs. Please, we do allow smoking outside only, dispose of all butts properly. This house is perfectly decorated for beach life with color, comfort, durability, and FUN!
Extra sheets,pillows and blankets are there for futons you choose to use. All bathing towels, wash cloths and large size soft soaps in each bath. All items included in your stay such as trash bags,toilet and tissue paper, paper towels, kitchen soaps,etc.
This home is on a one block cul de sac with little traffic and no neighbors on top of you! This house is in Port Aransas and can be reached by golf carts in every direction and minutes from everywhere!
