***SUNDAY TO SUNDAY rental. So make sure you punch in the correct dates in the calendar*** Water front - Quiet Community - Spectacular Sunsets - Bring your boat!!! Direct access to Hatteras Inlet. This recently updated cottage is the perfect beach getaway. It has the best of both worlds! Enjoy the view off the deck of the canal and Pamlico Sound, or take the short drive to the beach to enjoy more water views.
This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is the perfect option for couples or families. New for 2017 season all beds come with new memory foam mattereses and fresh clean linens. Some of the best features of this house include a pool table, Hot tub, dock for your boat, 4 bikes for you to enjoy, fish cleaning table, screened in porch, assortment of 5 kayaks (accommodate up to 7 people), exterior shower, locked storage area, and charcoal grill. $1,000.00 worth of saving on rentals (kayaks, bikes)
Also, you cannot forget to take a stroll or bike ride around this picturesque neighborhood. There are simply amazing water views everywhere your look! Not to mention, some of the best areas for fishing, kiteboarding, and surfing are just around the corner.
Visit one of the many lighthouses in the Outer Banks, with the famous Buxton lighthouse just a couple minutes drive away. And don't forget to check out the quaint shoppes of Hatteras Village, just a little further down Route 12.
Our rental is SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. We did that because most rentals are Saturday to Saturday, which means ALOT of traffic and headaches when you are trying to get to your rental. You want to avoid the traffic and start enjoying your vacation on the ride down. You cannot do that if you are sitting in bumper to bumper traffic. Plus, another little known secret is that the Saturday before your check-out is the best beach day, because everyone is leaving, and the check-ins haven't arrived yet!

The Owner/Host Peter was wonderful to work with, He was very responsive. The house was very clean and nice set up. We had a wonderful relaxing time at the Outer Banks for the week. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

The house was amazing. The kids loved learning to crab off the dock. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The only downside to this property is that the kids are asking us for our own pool table now.

We fished, went crabbing, kayaked, soaked in hot tub, relaxed, biked, played pool, cooked fun food, enjoyed the view, all from the property. Our family of 5 all agree we' d rent the home again. Thanks for the fun oppurtunity, Peter.

Loved the house. Loved fishing off deck. Very clean. First time staying on bay side with a canal. We usually stay on the beach. Two things…Did not use hot tub as it needs cleaned better. Only one paddle with the kayaks unless it was locked in the bike room?? Overall it’s a great place!! The kids loved loved loved the pool table!

Thank You for staying at our house. There are tons of padddles and life jackets under the house for our guests to use. Yes they’re in the bike room which our guests have full access to. Our hot tub gets cleaned twice a week. Usually late on check in day and then again during the week, so maybe you saw it before it was cleaned. We apologize for the inconvenience if you would of notified me that it was dirty, we would of had someone there take care of the issue right away to make sure you’re happy.

We loved the amenities. I learned to play pool on vacation. Was great having the kayaks and bikes available. We loved the home layout and decor. We have never stayed on the Frisco canals before.

This house was beautiful! The location was perfect right on the sound with a dock that allows for easy kayak access. The house was very clean and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The paddle board, kayaks and bikes onsite were wonderful to have and we got so much use out of them. Relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day and stargazing was such a peaceful way to end the day. The host was extremely helpful and the checkin/checkout process was simple. We will absolutely be back!

This property was spotless. It was comfortable for our recent first time trip to the OBX. Kids loved the pool table, hot tub, and Kayaks. There were only 3 working bikes, but it was not a big deal to work around. The kitchen was stocked with newer pots, pans, and utensils. Would have liked a working can opener though. Had a few basic spices, but plan on bringing more if you plan to cook a lot. Overall, we would return to the area and the home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Perfect property for our family if 6. Had all the amenities we needed. Kayaks, bikes, pool table and hot tub were a nice additions to keep our teens entertained! Great location and neighborhood. Peter was very good to work with. Hope to stay there again in the future.

June Get-Away

We loved the ability to cook out and wash clothes everyday. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and the hot tub. Only a few minutes from the beach, (which you can drive on). Perfect location for a family get away.

The property has an amazing location. Peter was extremely responsive, and the house was very clean. Open layout is great. The only minor drawback is the back room runs kinda hot. Other than that, the property was perfect…plan to book next year.

Thank You for staying at my house and the great review. We have central air in the house. Sometimes renters seem to mess with the register cause they claim it’s too cold in the room. So maybe it was closed and that’s the reason it was warm in that room during your stay. Will get my HVAC guy to check the situation out as well so this doesn’t happen again. Thank You.

Great Property

This a cozy retreat. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub. Fish and crabs were caught from the dock. We had a small issue and the owner was available immediately, and sent someone to resolve our issues in a timely manor. Would definitely recommend and definitely would stay again.

The best place we had stayed so far

A very clean and nice house at a perfect location. The indoor pool table is a nice bonus, when you want to hide from the sun for half a day. The kayaks are not the latest model but work perfectly. We had a great time, thanks!

Amazing stay for Xmas break

Amazing neighborhood in Frisco, the house is well located on a channel, the amenities are unique. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the night, looking at the stars in a clear sky, and had a lot of fun with the Billiards pool. The kayaks are a must, we used them to watch the sunset on the bay. Everything was perfect.

Working for myself basically means working 24/7, because even when I am not at work, I am thinking about work. Even on the weekends it seems there is always something to do, whether at work, or around the house. So, I don't truly feel like I 'clock out' until I reach the Outer Banks. For me, it takes an 8-1/2 hour drive from New Jersey to Hatteras Island, where there are no distractions, in order to completely relax!

Vacationing on Hatteras Island for the last 25 years, I fall more in love with the area every year. Traveling to the Outer Banks was the experience I looked forward to most throughout the year. I would start missing the island the moment I left, every year getting more and more excited to go back. Often times I would stay at Frisco Campground for a couple of days before our rental started, because I am simply trying to sneak in a couple of extra beach days. Also, I enjoy Hatteras Island most with my friends and family. There is nothing better than a campfire at night with your best friends, laughing and joking, looking at the fire and the stars. All in all, everything about Hatteras Island truly feels like the best vacation ever. Some vacations are exhausting, Hatteras simply takes your cares away. I sincerely hope you enjoy the Outer Banks, and my home, as much as I do!
