Regarding the hot tub, we encourage guests to reach out to us immediately if they experience any issues. Our service team would have been happy to adjust the chemical balance or refill it promptly upon your arrival or the following day. Unfortunately, we cannot address problems we are unaware of. As for the trash bags, please note that providing two kitchen trash bags is a standard amenity for us. We also want to clarify that we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies, which includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these initial supplies run out, it's the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional items for the remainder of their stay.
