Rehoboth Beach tiene mucho que ofrecer y nuestra casa está cerca de todo. Solicite ahora alquilar nuestro hermoso condominio de 3 niveles y 3 habitaciones con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Se hizo todo lo posible para garantizar su comodidad y relajación durante sus vacaciones. Incluye televisores de alta definición en cada habitación, wi-fi, colchones renovados, cerca de las tiendas outlet y el sendero de ciclismo y senderismo Junction and Breakwater, además de acceso a la piscina comunitaria y la casa club. 2 sofás cómodos (uno con cama queen) más 2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales. Beautiful spacious and very clean townhouse. It was nice to have a private bathroom in each bedroom. Great location with close proximity to shopping and the beaches. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we returned to the area.

Great house

House was beautiful and exactly as described. Check in was very easy. Community pool was a short walk away and easy to get to. Beach was a short drive. Definitely will be back!

One of our favorite places to stay in Rehoboth! The townhouse is very clean and well maintained. Has everything we needed for a great long weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at this townhome. It was a short drive away to the beach and across the street from shopping and a water park that was highly approved by our family. We hope to come back again!

Love our stay

We enjoyed the space. Screened in deck off the main level was a nice bonus. The pool was easily walkable. The location was a great balance between proximity to the beach and access to the main corridor.

Weekend Beach Getaway

The accommodations were convenient if you are looking to spend time at the beach. the layout of the home was perfect for two families traveling with kiddos...clean, spacious, comfortable, and with three master baths!

Wonderful Week in Rehoboth

We loved our week-long stay! The townhouse was very clean and had many nice amenities. The three bedroom/three and a half bathroom layout was perfect for our family. We would definitely recommend a stay here to friends and family, and are looking forward to booking again in the future.

Beautiful townhouse that is close to everything. We were able to find our way around easily, enjoyed the boardwalk every night (6 min drive). The pool was clean and not overly crowded. Easy check in process. Michelle was amazing with answering all our questions prior to our stay. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Summer Beach Trip

Perfect Vacation!

The property was just as listed. Well stocked with needed items in the kitchen and the entire house was clean. The location was close to everything and a short drive to the boardwalk. The pool was an added bonus! Thank you Michelle and Barry for helping us to have a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren! We look forward to next year in your beautiful home!!

Beautiful, clean, central location townhouse in Rehoboth.

My husband, our two boys and our moms thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, clean townhouse we stayed in during our sons' Sports at the Beach tournament. It was a short drive to the field and very short drive (or bike ride) to the beach. The owner was very responsive when we contacted her initially and throughout our stay. We had no problems that needed addressed as the townhouse is in mint condition. If you are looking for a roomy, very clean place to stay in Rehoboth close to everything, this townhouse is for you. Thank you Michelle for a great place to stay during our trip!

Magical

This was by far the nicest home that we have rented so far. The home well exceeded our expectations! The host left us all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Two out of three of our sons, my 1 grandbaby, my husband and myself had more than enough room to spread out as well as come together to enjoy meals. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and very well maintained. My 4 yr old grand daughter especially liked the kid bean bags and kid tv, we thought those were a great idea to have as it kept her occupied. The property is in a very nice community and everyone we encountered were very polite. My 21 yr old son really enjoyed the 2nd fl balcony and my husband and i enjoyed the downstairs bedroom so that we could enjoy some quiet time away from our kids/grandbaby. I would rent this property again in a heart beat. We visit OCM at least twice a year but decided to stay in Rehoboth as their properties are newer and can accommodate large families. Thank you to the hosts that responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. If you are reading my review and consider renting this property do not hesitate as someone maybe even myself may beat you to it lol

Nice home, spacious, in great location

My wife and son had a great time in Rehoboth and looked forward to returning to our great residence for the week. The home was well furnished, clean with plenty of room for just the three of us. The location is superb and we felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. I would recommend this place to any family. The three full and one half bath was a big part of the trips success!

Family vacation

The condo was lovely, very clean, with the kitchen well-stocked. The decor was quite nice and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The location was great for our needs. There was some construction noise in the morning, but it was not too bad. It would have been perfect, but for one thing. The front bedroom was uncomfortably warm. The air conditioning was set for 73 degrees, but it was very much warmer than that. We tried keeping blinds/door closed, then door open, ceiling fan always on high. Finally, we bought a box fan to assist the ceiling fan. Still was too warm. We contacted the owners about setting the thermostat a bit lower when we first arrived, since we couldn't lower the temperature as stated in the contract. The owners were responsive to our email and explained the need to have the lowest setting at 73 (keeping rental prices down). I appreciated their point of view, but didn't agree with setting the temperature at a point that would not accommodate the needs of all the guests and match the terms of the agreement. She was very pleasant, but said nothing would be done. Having a comfortable temperature controlled place to sleep is kind of a big deal on a hot summer night. I must say the bedroom on the lowest level was nice and cool, and the main bedroom was comfortable for me, too warm for my husband. Next year, I will confirm details prior to booking another place for the family to stay.

Perfect getaway location

This property is exactly as advertised and better. Clean, beautiful home that is tastefully decorated. Everything you could need or want in the kitchen. Screened in balcony off the family room was enjoyable. Communication with the property owner was easy and quick. Location is superb for shopping and restaurants. Short, easy drive to the beach. Would highly recommend this property and will be renting it again on our next trip to Rehoboth.

Nice place to stay

The townhouse is a good place to stay at an affordable price. The unit is relatively clean, quiet and comfortable. Make sure you bring your own pillows and blankets. It is convenient to biking trails to get to the beach without the traffic and parking hassles. This is our second year staying here and we would do so again.

Comfortable - Not far from the beach

Family had a wonderful trip in Michelle's home. We were less than a 10 minute drive to the beach each day. Boardwalk was fun to do one night. Her house is a 5-Star. Newly remodeled, new appliances, couldn't ask for a better home away from home. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful property, great location

We loved our stay. Updated and spacious townhouse. Very close to beaches and excellent seafood restaurants, especially for family from Colorado! Loved the boardwalk and shopping. Well-equipped for beach vacation- umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Many available family games provided a nice touch. Convenient, quiet, comfortable. Easy to communicate with owners.

Excellent Property

This Town House was really excellent, brand new with all the essential you needed. Super clean property with new appliances, great screened in deck off the Family Room & everyone had their own bathroom, plus a half bath off the kitchen, really handy.Conveniently located, five minutes from Rehoboth Beach Center and two miles from Dewey Beach. Parking was not problem and there is every store right there for any of your needs. This Town Hall had to be one of the best we had ever stayed at. Very enjoyable vacation with absolute no problems ! Would highly recommend and plan on another trip soon !
