Spectacular views from this condo of ocean, beach, sunrise, sunset, boat traffic along intracoastal, dolphins, pelicans, truly a paradise and one of the few places where you can stand in your vacation condo and look out at the dunes and white sugar sand and Atlantic ocean to the east and the Matanzas River (ICW) to the west. With balonies on both sides ot the condo with high quality railing height tables and chairs, you can sit and have your breakfast or coffee watching the sun rise and sit and have a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Every bedroom has large sliding glass doors which access a balcony and every bedroom has a unobstructed ocean (master) or river view (guests). Attention to detail and pride of ownership is evident in the furnishings with everything a vacationer would need. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances so stay in and enjoy the condo and the spectacular view and cook or go out and enjoy the many restaurants St. Augustine has to offer. Video library with 50 DVD/CDs for after the day at the beach and board games for your amusement. We get many repeat guests and that really is the best testimony to the care and diligence we take in trying to provide a great vacation experience. 2014 just finished major renovation making a beautiful condo even more beautiful. Spectacular water views from every room of Crescent Beach on Atlantic Ocean and Matanzas River (ICW). Truly unique location and upgraded modern and spacious condo. Well organized, equipped, maintained with flatscreen televisions, wireless high speed internet, pergo floors, corian counters, hickory cabinets, california closets and pantries, tiled showers, vcr,dvd,cd's, pillowtop sofabed toppers and Extras galore. Major renovation in 2014.

Beautiful condo with lots of space on quiet beach

We had a great time in the huge condo. Would have given 5 stars but the beach access walk way was closed down for the whole week for repairs. Therefore, we had to use the neighboring condos Beach Walk. This was very inconvenient since we had 3 young children and we were never notified of this ahead of time. Otherwise the condo its self was great!

Lovely condo with great views of the ocean and inter coastal. Good location away from the crowds.

Buildings were recently renovated with new balconies. The pool was just resurfaced and reopened while we were there. This condo is one of the few with balconies on each side! It has a nice layout. A crib fit easily in the third bedroom. The beach walkover was damaged from storms and due to be fixed. Everything will be like new! We never saw a car on the beach, and had the beach to ourselves. The owner was a pleasure to deal with! We recommend this condo!

Windjammer 305 is a Beautiful Place to Stay!

Looking for a beautiful beach front condo with breath taking views of the Beach and Intracoastal Waterway, Windjammer 305 is the place to stay! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with a pool, tennis courts, and a private fishing dock to enjoy. The condo is very clean and updated. We have enjoyed Windjammer 305 every year since 2008. A vacation home away from home we plan to visit for years to come.

Windjammer 305 is Great!

We have visited Windjammer 305 for the past 8 yrs for both weekly & full month vacations. It is a wonderful 'home away from home'. We have an elderly family member, and she is only 5 steps to the elevator & 12 steps to the front door with no stairs to climb (can't do that at home!). The beachfront balcony view every morning, and the intracoastal west balcony views every evening are beautiful. #305 has everything a family will need- full kitchen with extras like slowcooker, mixer, blender, etc. and plenty of dishes, etc., Baths remodeled last yr. are great. Lots of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Very clean and well maintained condo bldgs., pool & tennis court. Great private fishing dock is a hit with our family too! The owner's are the best! They get right back with you for anything needed. Very near grocery, farmer mkt., restaurants---but just far enough away to be restful and quite!

Crescent Beach condo

Very nice condo! Owner put a lot of work into the little details, like ceiling fans, flooring, decorations, etc. We loved that the condo had 2 balconies! One facing the ocean and one facing the river. In the morning when the sun was making the balcony facing the ocean hot, we would sit on the other balcony. Beautiful sunrise from one and beautiful sunset from the other!!

I like things organized. 305 is a very special condo and you can't beat the views from every room and the balconies on the Atlantic ocean and the Matanzas River (Intracoastal waterway) . Very few places where you can stand in middle of condo and see both the ocean and the river. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will be our guests again in the future.
