The host was easy to communicate with. Across the street to the beach with easy access. Walking distance to Sandbridge Seaside Market, Sandbridge Island Restaurant and other shops. Great pool, hot tub and game room.

Lovely beach house with fantastic ocean views, easy beach access, nice bedroom layout, and a beautiful pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!

Our family has stayed at this home multiple times now, and each time it gets better! The recent updates to the game room are amazing. Communication with the owner is fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great vacation, super happy we stayed there. The house and setup were very satisfying. The layout of the house and game room allows for both getting together and privacy at the same time. The abundance of quality outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas was really nice. We enjoyed the game room a lot and the video arcade game was a major source of family companion while the pool area was a vacation in itself.. It took us a couple days to master getting the beaches raved after donuts that are always sold out just a very short walk on the sandy road.. In general all the upgrades and appointments that I read had been put in this past year definitely were noticed and appreciated, overall a great host. We’d definitely hope to stay again in the future.

We have upgraded the game room. New floors and paint and TV and beds and refrigerator and sofas. New Ping pong table. Come see us again this year. Both Bathrooms are remodeled upstairs. Landscapung is beautiful. New pool liner. You will love it !

We have spent this offseason really cleaning things up for 2026 for this awesome beach cottage. New furnishings new landscaping new pool lining all new game room remodeled bathrooms!! New TVs. This place is clean and modern and still has the charm of a classic beach cottage. Big pool right across the street from the beach ? and corn hole games under the lights? Come on !

Thank you. We hear you! So this year we completely upgraded! In the game room to add new floors and paint throughout. New double bunk beds and furniture. A brand new huge screen Tv and Ping pong table. New refrigerator ice maker! Outside we have upgraded landscaping and deck furnishings. A new pool liner! A new air conditioner system. Inside we have added new art and curtains and some furnishings. Both bathrooms upstairs have been remodeled ! This is a beautiful cottage ! You will love what we have done this off season !

Fabulous location. We've been going to Sandbridge for approx. 15 years now and this was one of our favorite spots. so convenient to everything - from shopping, food - even the beach is directly across the street. Beautiful views and even great neighbors. The house is massive, far more than we needed but great for a large family/group. Front deck overlooking ocean and the pool were my favorite spots.

Great location

We’ve stayed here 3 times now and love the location, pool, hot tub, proximity to beach and store/restaurants. House (beds, game room esp.) is relaxed, little rough around the edges. But, peaceful spot. Hard to leave. Also, owner was helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Great house and location!

Exactly as advertised. Loved having the two separate wings. Beautiful front deck, pool and hot tub. Very comfortable couch. We loved our stay!
