Each unit we manage belongs to a different owner, and while we provide guidance based on guest feedback, updates are made at their discretion. That said, your suggestions have been shared and are being considered to improve the experience for future guests. We strive for transparency by clearly listing what’s included. This unit, while a prime real estate location, was offered at a discounted rate, and as noted, extended-stay toiletries and items like paper goods aren’t restocked. The apartment is part of a residential condominium that allows short-term rentals only if guests follow community rules. We understand this may feel restrictive to some, but our continued ability to host here depends on maintaining good standing with the HOA and ensuring respectful use of shared spaces. Regarding communication, we follow platform guidelines recommending all messages remain in writing for clarity and recordkeeping.
