My family enjoyed staying in this property. Everyone loved the crystal clear above ground pool (we used it every day). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The bedrooms were very comfortable with ceiling fans throughout. A great place to stay near the gulf beaches.

We loved our stay at the "cozy home"! The property met all of our needs and could not have been better! Hali was very responsive to any concerns we had during our 59 nights there. This home was beautiful, quiet, good neighborhood ,Very comfortable, spacious and with access close by all the beautiful beaches and shops. The pool was beautiful, warm and the area was so relaxing. The kitchen, living room as well as the porch was so nice and needed for a well needed exhale after a long day at the beach. Owner communicates well and very nice and sweet. Myself along with my family all agree we would happily love to come back for sure and stay again.

This was our second long-term stay at the Cozy Home. As I mentioned last year, the property meets our needs very well. Has a nice place for storage of my boat and our e-bikes. It's located just two blocks from the Pinellas trail which is extremely convenient! There were a few minor issues this time around but Hali and NIck handled them promptly and cheerfully. We highly recommend this property!
