Super cute property in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located. Very clean and comfortable, decorated so cute. Close to shopping, Old Town Arvada and train that goes to Denver Union Station. Will stay here again.

Just what we needed.

Great small home, clean and well appointed. Arvada was central to the places we needed to go, and this house is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, great shower and nice yard in the rear. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host was very attentive as well. Super easy check in and out.

Great house in great location

The house was very comfortable for me and 2 of my kids while in town for a softball tournament. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter loved the hammock out back! The neighborhood was quiet and charming for daily walks. The location had easy access to main roads and very close to shops for fun or necessities. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This is a great little house in a cute neighborhood. We took nightly walks and met very friendly neighbors. The kitchen, dining and tv rooms (open concept) are well equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms are small and the beds are very soft, which was difficult for us as seniors staying for 2 weeks, but would be okay for a few days for us. Those who prefer soft beds may find them comfortable. Overall, we had a nice stay and great, timely communication with the owner through VRBO.

Great house! Has everything you need!

Clean and comfortable with excellent communication. Would highly reccomend and would certainly stay again. 15 mins from DT Denver and 15 Mins from Red Rocks. Arvada as a nice old towne as well.

The kitchen was well stocked-maybe add plain coffee cups because my husband doesn't like pumpkin. The house was very comfortable and clean. Didn't get to use the backyard. The host was attentive to returning messages. Neighborhood seemed safe. Grocery store not too far. Only issue was the squeeky floors. Would stay there again for another football game.
