This is a nice, quiet location, close to Old Town and the train station. The house is nicely remodeled, the beds are super comfy. There was plenty of room for the the 4 of us. We enjoyed the fire pit! Craig was very attentive, reaching out to make sure we settled in ok.

We came to town to see Red Clay Strays at The Red Rocks. Craig made checking in and our stay such a breeze. The property is very nice, seems small from the outside when arriving but those looks are very deceiving. Inside the home is very clean, modern and spacious. With everything you could ask for readily availabile for you. The neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. We enjoyed the back yard space every morning and late at night. The hottub was very relaxing.

The house is clean, perfect size, and comfy. The bathrooms are nicely updated & great water pressure. Craig was very responsive and helpful with suggestions in the area.

Best Stay Ever

By far one of the best places we have stayed. The house is beautifully decorated, and the beds and pillows were the best - super firm and comfortable! Our kids loved the back yard and games.

Red Rocks stay

Great location, ten minutes to downtown Denver and walking distance to olde town Arvada. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Honeymoon

We had a perfect stay! We came to Denver to get married and our host was extremely accommodating. We decided to come in a day early and he did everything he could to work with us and make that happen at the last minute. We was greeted with snacks and home that exceeded our expectations.We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

Good Location for Colorado Sparkler tournament

House looks tiny on the outside but lives large on the inside. High end fixtures, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The house was approximately 20 minutes to every softball field my daughter played on. We were very comfortable.

Loved that the house was well-supplied with towels. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great.We wished there was a coffee grinder available esp since there was one coffee bag in the cupboard that was coffee beans. Otherwise, the kitchen was well supplied. I wanted to wash several things by hand but did not see dish soap in the cupboard. I only saw hand soap & other non-labeled liquid sprays under the sink.Suggestion: paint a red stripe outside where the step down to the driveway is. It's easy to trip in the dark.

Truly a remodeled gem

This house was wonderful! It’s clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including actual sharp knives, which isn’t always the case in some rentals. There were plenty of towels/sheets, truly whatever we needed, including extra toothbrushes! The toothbrush came in seriously handy when I managed to catch Strep throat on my visit and needed a new one. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing. It’s incredibly clean and updated too. The beds were clean and comfortable, and each bedroom has great closet space for anything to hang or put away. The location is prime. Seriously so close to everything you could possibly need but the neighborhood is very quiet, didn’t hear a peep from anyone. Honestly, I don’t think the pictures do this place justice. It really felt like a home away from home. Craig was great from day 1 as well. Always available if we needed anything or had any concerns. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Colorado!

This house was perfect for our family of four (mom, dad, and two teenagers). It's rare to find a 2-bedroom VRBO with a king bed, plus two separate beds. The owners did an excellent job with the remodel. The entire house was clean and comfortable. The primary closet had EVERYTHING you would ever need for your stay. So well stocked with extra sheets, towels, pillows, etc. The beds were very comfortable. Great proximity to the highway and to a large retail area. Craig was great with email communication and I really appreciated his feedback on our itinerary. This is a great VRBO! Thank you Craig for a wonderful stay! 10/10 would recommend!
