Located at Top Mast Resort, we offer a trio of stand alone Shore Houses. Each home has 4 Bedrooms, 7 Queen Beds, 3 Full Bathrooms, located just across the street from the Beach, central A/C and heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher, granite counter tops, wood and tile floors, open living and kitchen floor plan upstairs with gorgeous view of Cape Cod Bay, outdoor grilling area with grill provided, plenty of free parking, full use of our private beach and indoor pool complex with hot tub, sauna, steam room, weight room, kiddie pool, slide, tennis and basketball court area, ping pong, corn hole, fire pit, sun deck, frozen drinks and kid smoothies, free Wi-Fi and more!

I booked this house for a group of friends for the weekend, the resort was very accommodating to some requests we had and everyone loved the house and location. I unfortunately wasn’t able to attend last minute due to health issues but it sounds like everyone had a wonderful time.

The property was beautiful and very spacious and clean, myself, and my friends had a wonderful time and all loved the space. I will definitely be back to rent this property, the pool area was fantastic. The only thing I didn’t get to enjoy was the outside space because it was too chilly but overall 100%.

Great Stay on the Bay!

My family & I had a wonderful, and very comfortable stay at the Shore house. Very convenient location to so many attractions around the area, spacious floor plan, clean home, with amazing views & a just a short walk to the Bay. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates & bowls, but limited things to prepare meals with (just one small pot, one sauce pan, and one skillet, but no potholders, sheet pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, etc). This did not dampen our stay/experience in any way…just wanted to share for future travelers. We would all definitely stay here again!!!

It was like the house you always dream about. It was huge, 4 bedrooms with 7 queens bed to sleep everyone comfortably. A great living room in the upstairs with a balcony that overlook the beach. Every evening from that balcony you can watch the sunset. Can't wait to book next year vacation.

Anniversary Alternative Vacation!

We just celebrated our 40th anniversary and were planning a river tour of Europe but had to make alternative plans due the Covid19. Next best trip was a quiet few days on the water in North Truro. Great location and excellent accommodations. Just minutes from P Town and restaurants. We are planning to return with the family (kids and grandkids) in the future.

Wonderful and memorable stay

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great, Very nice private beach and minutes from Provincetown. We were four families who stayed in the shore house. It is a very large house with a very good floor plan for multi families. Everyone really enjoyed the house and the amenities at the top mast property. The weather was excellent, sunny in the 70s so all of us had a very good time. Highly recommend this to others

Al and Nancy Silva purchased the original Top Mast property in 1971 and jumped into a motel business which they knew little about. Countless hours of hard work and dedication over many years created a business that continues to grow today on the foundation they created. Al and Nancy have two children, Jason and Adrienne, who have been working with them at the business since they could walk! In 2004 an opportunity presented itself to expand the Top Mast property by buying the neighboring motel business that was owned by Nancy's parents. It was the perfect opportunity for getting the family to be back together to begin the second generation of Top Mast. It has been several years since the purchase and the start of many, many renovations and additions, including the indoor swim and health club, tennis and basketball courts , a 1 and 3 bedroom beach house, three 4 bedroom Shore Houses and more. The Top Mast family continues to grow with the proud addition of four grandchildren. We invite you to North Truro to enjoy the beauty of the area, and to experience the personal touches of a true "family owned and operated" business!
