Gorgeous Family Size Condo!

Great place to stay. Huge living room and balcony to hang out. Not many room on each floor, so the elevators were never busy. Lots of chairs around pool area . My grandchildren loved the water slide and lazy river.

Absolutely amazing stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking ocean views. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view! Everything you need in the kitchen. Our kids loved the lazy river! Beach access great…just remember to buy that 70 parking pass before you get to the property for your discount. It was a great last minute getaway! Will stay again!

Thorpe Family Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived on a Sunday, checked in and received parking passes and bracelets, that was uneventful. However there thee people in the lobby with two men and a lady more concerned with each other than taking care of us. Hallway to the room have a foul order the entire stay. got into the room which was layed out nicely and roomy. TV in main living room was not function, bad cable boc and no casting whatever that means. The previous tenant was still logged into Disney on that TV SO THAT IS ALL THAT WE WERE ABLE TO WATCH AS A GROUP. there were only two cheap towels per person which was not close to being enough. All the beds wore too high and nothing was provided to get into the beds, used a dining room chair. clothes were left from previous renter left in the drawers. Nasty stained pillow case in master bedroom. tub was unsrubbed, and had to be cleaned before user, filled with sand and crud. continuous running water in master bath toilet. in operator can opener. stove heating elements were very slow and cooked extremely slowly. dishwater gasket was hanging loose inside of dishwasher. dishwasher hard to operate. no sink stopper for kitchen sink. floors looked good but dirty, all feet turned black. dining rooms chairs stained and dirty, couch and chairs in living room stained and dirty, rug in living room dirty. kids next door keep ringing our door bell and running away. outside security were rude and no consistent to patrons.

Also 3 towels per bathroom is not enough, 4 would be better. Overall it was great. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great except they didn’t clean the stuff that washed up from the ocean. First time we have ever had that problem when we’ve stayed at other condos in Orange Beach they have always cleaned it daily.

The condo was amazing!!! Very clean and comfortable. Parking was great, very close to the elevators. The view of the beach was spectacular. On our last night there, the view of the full moon was amazing. We will definitely try to book this condo on our next visit to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.
