Luis was extremely helpful even though there were a few hiccups during our stay. He strived to make sure that we had a 10/10 experience in Puerto Rico and his hospitality and attentiveness went above and beyond. The house is super close to the beach. Very spacious and everything was clean. Definitely recommend!

This home was comfortable and in short walking distance to everything- the beach, good restaurants, good coffee shops, convenience stores, and main thoroughfares.

It is a beautiful apartment (comfortable for our family of three) with a lot of natural light. The balcony was everything – we got to enjoy outdoor time in any weather. Luis was very responsive and welcoming, and the location was perfect (two blocks from all the goodies – the beach, food, Walgreens :) Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Space

We loved our stay. Luis is a great host. We had everything we needed. Great location near the beach and centrally located between El Unque and Fajardo, and Old San Juan and Dorado Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO for our family of six. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. One of the biggest highlights was how well-equipped it was for beach days—towels, chairs, a cooler, and even paddles for fun were all provided, which made our outings so easy and enjoyable.The kitchen had all the essentials, making it simple to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. The air conditioning in the living room was especially appreciated on the hotter days and kept the space cool and relaxing for everyone.The location couldn’t have been better. It felt very safe and was within walking distance to amazing spots, including Kasalta for breakfast (a must-visit!) and a great local pizza place. There were also plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby, which made exploring super convenient.Luis was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond by allowing us a late checkout and even provided a beeper so our rental car could stay in the driveway without any issues. Communication was quick and easy throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with a truly outstanding host.

5 Luis’ property was exactly how described. Clean, comfortable and great for a family of 4. Just a block from the beach and a few minutes walk from Kasalta where you can get breakfast and a nice treat for the kids. The house was equipped with beach towels for the whole family along with a cooler and beach chairs. All you have to do is show up and have a good time. We will be back! Cheers!

This was a fantastic spot for my family during our vacation to San Juan! The space is modern, clean, cool, and beautiful!!! Just steps from the beach, lots of dining options close, and plenty of room for everyone!!!! The outdoor seating area is lovely! The provided beach chairs and towels were amazing! Plus, the host was just amazing to work with!!! Not to mention the delightful cool air conditioning that worked wonders against the Puerto Rico heat! We rented a car and found zero issues with any piece of our stay! We had an amazing stay!
