Located on a tranquil cul-du-sac, just two short blocks from miles of trails on the open space, this meticulously maintained home is the perfect retreat for a comfortable 1-3 month stay. Designed to offer all-inclusive amenities, the house is fully furnished and ready for you to move in without hassle.
Upon entering the home, you'll discover an inviting living room with a grand piano, thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. This space provides a quiet nook for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee. The main level family room offers plush seating and a TV, perfect for relaxation, entertainment, or simply unwinding after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, abundant counter space, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. Accommodating up to ten guests, the home features four bedrooms (three with queen beds and one with an extended twin bed). Additionally, there are two futons for extra sleeping space—one located in the lower level family room and the other in the upper office/loft. Savor the breathtaking peek-a-boo view of Longs Peak from the upper balcony or retreat to the extended living space on the patio from the main level. While the garage is reserved for owner's use, ample parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
The home is conveniently located in the Outlook neighborhood, which boasts a park at the top of the hill featuring a sand volleyball court, playground, and a large field for various sports. Situated just 10 minutes from the Interlocken Business Park and Highway 36, it offers easy access to both Denver and Boulder, with travel times of 20 to 30 minutes in either direction. Additionally, popular ski destinations are about an hour away, and Rocky Mountain National Park is just over an hour's drive.
To maintain a healthy environment, the home is strictly non-smoking and reserved for non-smokers only, due to asthma concerns. Additionally, no animals are allowed on the property due to allergies. These policies ensure that the home remains a safe and comfortable space for all guests.

I love that we are in a quiet cul-du-sac tucked in the middle of our neighborhood. And it always amazes me that within just two short blocks, we can enter into the open space with miles of trails, mountain views and a different beautiful sunset every evening. There is a spacious park at the top of our neighborhood and the neighbors are pretty friendly too.
