About this property

Pet Friendly rancher located close to the beach!

Ideal location for a family beach vacation. Basic rancher with three bedrooms, one full hallway tub shower bathroom plus a powder room (½ bath) with access from the queen bedroom. Eat-in kitchen and a utility room. Easy care wood look laminate flooring in the main living area. Backyard includes a picnic table, as well as a small charcoal grill. Miscellaneous beach chairs are located in the shed. Situated one block to the Borough of Avalon recreation area that offers tennis, basketball, and a playground. And just one block to a wide, guarded beach! 1 Smart TV in living room. No cable, only streaming capabilities. You Tube is already set up for tenant use. The kitchen offers a wall oven and stove top, plus a portable dishwasher.Medium size dogs are permitted. Tenant responsible for any excess cleaning or damage caused by pet.
