Happy newly renovated seaside townhome close to park, tennis and sounds of the surf. 7 minute stroll to beach or restaurants, museums, tennis. 10 minutes to the mall. 2 bedroom with LR queen sized sofa. Location sleeps 6. Upstairs bedrooms with queen and 2nd bedroom 2 full sized bunks & trundle bed. Eat in kitchen, oven, microwave. Upstairs bathroom with standing shower, 1st floor half bath. Relaxing back deck with gas grill & outdoor sand shower. 1 parking pad spot surrounded by non-meter parking. When not beach, bird or sightseeing, 55" HD TV with super fast Wifi & cable & central AC. Back deck perfect for cocktails, dining. 4 beach chair, umbrellas. Eat in kitchen with coffee pot, juicer. toaster, all dish/utensils needed for meals in or on the back deck. Towels & sheets not provided. Free washer dryer. No smoking, no pets of any type.
Please be aware: Accepting weekly bookings only Memorial Day through Labor Day 2027, 2 or more night stays other times of the year. Cheers.

Adorable townhouse in a perfect location! The place was the perfect size for our 5 person girls’ weekend and very clean and comfortable. It was an easy check in/check out process and the host responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo within walking distance of the beach, Washington Square and several restaurants/bars. Off-street parking for one car is a plus! Nice deck off the back of the unit. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the unit was spotless and tastefully decorated. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows! We'll definitely be back.

Solid property in a good location. Renovated and stocked with everything you need. We would stay again and would recommend as a good option for others. Definitely a few small things that could be done to improve the overall experience…Some items were in need of repair/replacement i.e rusted beach chairs, shower leak (temporarily fixed), front door not aligned with frame with open gaps that let bugs & weather in. Master bed is not comfortable and the mattresses protector on it was terrible.Arrival was confusing as the listing did not say the specific unit number and 6 units share the same address without this info. The guest bed only had partial shades so sun came in strong, blackout shades would be a welcome improvement.

Great place and location

This property has been updated and is very clean. It has all the stuff available to make your stay comfortable from salt and pepper to a beach umbrella.
