Bienvenido a Kuilima Estates, este edificio de apartamentos ubicado en los terrenos de renombre mundial de la bahía de la tortuga. Los apartamentos están rodeados por dos campos de golf muy bien cuidados, y son los únicos condominios en la costa norte. Este es un gran lugar para relajarse, rebobinar, y restaurar, y un mundo de distancia forman el ajetreo de la ciudad. El edificio de apartamentos se corta distancia a pie del hotel y de un precioso, playa coved, al abrigo, donde se puede nadar, snorkel y surf. Enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of trouble getting a hold of company after receiving a text that our condo had no power after we had already landed in Hawaii. It would have been better if the company had notified us earlier than after checkin time had slready passed.

Family Vacation

No frills unit that completely met our needs. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Unit is well appointed with dishes, towels, etc. We were able to walk to the beach easily and plenty of other public beaches with an easy drive. Fantastic vacation.

We booked this stay last minute after our rental (at a different place) canceled on us. We were very happy with the condo. No AC in the loft bedroom but the fan kept it cool enough. The full kitchen and washer/dryer were a life saver! We also really appreciated two bathrooms!

The condo is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed for cooking, and the spiral staircase was a fun touch. The pool area is very nice, and larger than some on the West side. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a large estate of condos and we used it primarily as a home base for excursions. The amenities were basic but functional. You can tell that the bathroom has been through a few wars, but it was clean and the washer and dryer were super helpful. The loft area was perfect for our two kids and the cooking area served our needs. We did not use many of the other facilities, although the pool is gorgeous and was a 1 min walk from our door. They do a nice job of patrolling the place and there were no sound issues with neighbors, etc. Overall, we considered it a great stay!

Best Place To Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at the Estates in various units for over a decade and never disappointed. It is my go to place when I am visiting Oahu. They have made improvements for getting in and out of the units by using key pads and not needing keys anymore. My unit was clean, tidy and had plenty of room for the three of us. There was enough dish ware and cookware for us to cook and dine in for breakfast and/or lunch. The security and available parking makes it worthwhile compared to many places that don’t offer that. Just a lovely place to stay and my deposit was refunded very quickly. We will be back!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and pool were great. The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook or clean. The neighbors were mostly quiet. Unforunately, the space was so hot and humid even with fans and doors/windows open it was difficult to sleep or be comfortable in the loft. There was a high pitch noise coming from the pipes in the lower bathroom that was very unpleasant, especially while trying to sleep. Two of the burners on the stove didnt turn on. Everything else seemed to work fine, and extra linens was nice. Access to the pool was not convenient, especiall ywhen I called to get in and received a voicemail.

Appliances do not work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dryer was broke, and although we were allowed to walk to another unit to use the dryer, it was a huge inconvenience. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, we had to wash them by hand. These appliances were so old that it was not a surprise to any of us that they were not working. What was a surprise was that the unit was not cheaper than others. In addition, the bathrooms and kitchen were in need of replacement. The vanity in the one bathroom had the veneer peeling off it. We don’t have much else to add, it Is not acceptable to rent out a unit in such a state.

nice location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looked as it did in the listing so we were not surprised by the decor or the overall space. It was what we expected. Upon arrival, the second bathroom was dirty, had a hair on the vanity, dirt of some kind in the corner of the sink area behind the soft soap and the mirror in the bathroom was filthy, clearly had not been cleaned making me then wonder if the bathroom had been cleaned at all. The sofa bed under the cushions had loads of sand. We did not ultimately need to use the sofa bed but again gave me the feeling the overall cleaning was not thorough and made me weary if dishes and other areas like bed spreads and lines were really clean. Otherwise the unit was well equipped. There were baby roaches that came out first night and several times during our stay and twice huge roaches in the bathroom. The chain lock was rusted and there was no secondary lock other than the code on the door that we were not certain was unique to our stay as it was a standard domestic key pad door lock. I emailed the property (the first weekend and once more )management but no response. The location on the north shore and the proximity to the Turtle Bay resort and its restaurants was good. The property could have had information on what the beaches near the condo were and suggestions on the property as well as in the area (every airbnb does this and most well organized rental properties). That was a miss not knowing the area. The unit was quiet. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Turtle Bay Stay at Sea Breeze

Did not (and did not want to) use the a/c unit. WiFi had an issue one day but management responded quickly and sent a tech to re-set. Only complaint is the pool was closed for maintenance.

Inspite of repeated calls and requests, they would not let us in before 3 pm giving silly reasons that it was because of Covid. We were there at 2.10 pm, the room was ready and it was very hot and we had a toddler with us but nope it is policy it cannot be broken - strict for no obvious reason. The window upstairs was broken - actually there was no window at all. It was very very hot and there was no fan or cooling system in the sitting area. The staircase was broken as well, we never slept upstairs because of this. The AC unit was from the 1950s , loud and broken. The bed was dated, sunken, and very squeaky. The check out instructions were needlessly strict - it felt like staying in a dorm. Overall, apart from the location of the place, there was nothing that was noteworthy about this place or our experience.

Worst experience ever

It was advertised at the unit has air-conditioning but there is only air-conditioning in the master bedroom downstairs. The upstairs loft was extremely hot with one large fan and one small fan. There was ants absolutely everywhere and it was so dirty. There was black hair in all the towels, the showers, and clumped in the corners. There was dead ants until the rugs in the bathroom like it had never been washed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The stairs leading up to the loft were clearly not to code and made out of pvc pipe. They were all rusted and we were certain they were going to fall at any time. Overall miserable stay.

Sea Breeze Condo

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Turtle Bay for a family wedding ... family of 4 with our 2 adult children. We have stayed at countless vacation rentals over the years and own our vacation rental as well. This condo is conveniently located and the assigned parking spot plus one guest spot is a nice amenity. The walk to the beach is easy and the we enjoyed a nice dinner outside at Lei Lei’s. I wasn’t too concerned about the fact that the only A/C was in the main bedroom as were not overly sensitive about heat but even with all the doors and windows open the loft is very warm and difficult to cool down. The upstairs loft beds are comfortable enough but the main bedroom queen bed is awful. The mattress is very old and you can feel the springs pop when you move on the side closest to the door. There were only 4 of us staying in this condo but the only seating in the living room is a small barely 3 person couch. So we usually had 2 people on the couch and the other two sat on dining room chairs. There’s plenty of space in the large living room for better living room furniture that 4 people could actually relax on. The outside of the fridge is rusted pretty bad, although I know this is common in a humid environment. We never got the TV to work but we’re busy with wedding events and going to the beach so it wasn’t a big deal. The price was right so I guess you get what you pay for but do not set your expectations high when staying at this condo.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed ourselves on our little weekend staycation. The unit was nice and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. We only stayed for a short tonight for the weekend. We spent both early mornings with a short walk to the beach and afternoon at the pool. I would definitely rent this unit again
