We rented the house for a guys/family fishing trip. Plenty of comfortable beds for us. The location was excellent. Just a short drive out of Potato Creek to the main lake; ramp on site and plenty of parking. We had a small inconvenience that was handled within hours of being notified; very impressive. We would definitely use this rental again. Thanks David for the use of your property

While Mother Nature had other plans and it was supposed to rain the entire weekend. This property would have provided the perfect place to unwind and make the best of our trip but unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short. The accommodations were exactly as described, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. Great communication from the host and an easy check-in/check-out process. We'd happily recommend this property and hope to return when the weather is a little sunnier!

Our second annual work fishing trip was a success! Easily able to dock our two boats and had a short ride out of the channel to the main lake. House was clean and spacious. Would book again!

Great stay. Need to check your route before going. Stay off blood river and Alexander rd as there long gravell roads. Very clean and comfortable. We brought a boat and back road exit was easier to come and go from.

The property was perfect for our weekend of fishing down in Santee. Plenty of room for our group of 5 anglers. Had no issues with parking and gear which was great. Good quiet neighborhood with convenient access to ramps throughout Marion Lake. The ramp and dock on the property was well maintained. Property owner/manager answered questions quickly before our arrival. It was very smooth and a worry free stay.

For our family birthday party everything was nice and clean when we arrived and we had a good time overall being on the lake with a private boat ramp and enough room for everyone to have their own space to sleep an relax. However there were some repair problems and amenities missing that were advertised along with issues that we felt needed the owners or property managers attention as my family had some complaints during our stay.

Private boat ramp was amazing for lake access!
Getting my family out on the lake for birthday fun! Priceless!

We brought our family of 15. We had ample sleeping space and a comfortable hang out space. The beach and dock, for fishing, provided our grandchildren and adult children with hours of play.We even did a polar plunge! We are hoping we can do this again next year!

We stayed here for a Valentine’s fisherman’s weekend on Lake Marion, and the outdoor space is truly special. The private dock, quaint sandy beach area, and large backyard make it perfect for fishing, relaxing, and enjoying the lake. It’s a great setup for families and anyone who loves authentic lake living. The home reflects a true rustic lake house experience, with updated stainless steel appliances, an excellent shower, and one of the most comfortable mattresses. Peaceful, spacious, and true to the spirit of the lake. We would definitely check its availability again when visiting the Santee area.
