This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We bring our pontoon and dock it right there. The pool on one side and the swim deck with kayaks is awesome. Very well stocked. We’ve already booked it for next year.

This a wonderful place to stay with your family. The house was clean and cozy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus as well. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to vacationing here again.

Third year here with gals from high school! These 70 something ladies love it! Beautiful and peaceful views of lake, loved the pool. Host is the best!

This is our 4th year to stay at this property. We love the entire place. One level, on the water with beautiful views. The house is thoroughly clean and bright. We will always return to stay in this home every year.

Wonderful property for a group of adult ladies. We had a card table for Mahjong even!! Wonderful pool and view! Would highly recommend!

Our family (11 people) really enjoyed this house. As you can see from the pictures, it is right on Lake Hamilton. We rented a boat (not cheap but worth it) and took advantage of the lake, pool and hot tub.The communication was clear, quick and exactly what you would want with a rental. Downtown hot springs is a 15-20 minute drive away so we spent most of our time at the house. There is a wal-mart 5 minutes away, which was convenient for groceries. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for a large group. Overall we loved the place and would enjoy coming back!Kevin

My family had a great time here!! We have 5 adult kids and 2 grandkids that came along and there was plently of space everywhere for us all to spread out and enjoy the house. The large kitchen and the big table was very nice as we could all eat togther and be comfortable playing games at night. It was VERY HOT while were in "Hot" Springs, so we got a lot of use out of the pool. The privacy on the peninsula was really nice and the lake was actually pretty quiet with boat traffic. Our stay was in August was maybe that's not typical for other months, but it was very quiet and relaxing on every side of the house. Sunrises were lovely, the kitchen well stocked and beds were comfy. Just a little note is that is was kinda buggy, but that's to be expected at a lake propery. We've had them at any lake property we've rented. However, there were no flies or mosquitoes which was have everywhere is WI, so we weren't bothered by the bugs - didn't even need the OFF we packed. Just lot sunscreen :-). Brian was also a very attentive host. He responded very quickly to any questions I had along the way. Thank you Brian - it was a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

This home was absolutely perfect for our annual couples Valentine’s trip! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great areas to gather…especially the living spaces and back deck. The views are beautiful and the setting feels private and relaxing.The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the large ice maker, such a nice touch for a group stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.The host was very responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. The location was great…close enough to enjoy Hot Springs but still tucked away for a peaceful getaway.We had such a great time and are already talking about coming back next year!

The property was as described. The outside area had not been swept recently and the house smelled very musty when we first arrived. Christmas decorations were still on table and in dining area. The main bedroom closet had no bar to hang cloths and seemed to be more of a storage for roll-away bed and port-a-crib.Otherwise, the house was great for our needs. The kitchen is fully equipped and roomy enough for three cooks at the same time. We particularly enjoyed the outside areas.

Everything was perfect! We were very happy with the layout of the home and the amenities! There were 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 5 years to 13 years old. The kiddos really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! The location was perfect! The views were spectacular! We hope to return.

Everything was as advertised, parking is incredibly tight though with very little clearance in the car port. The charcoal grill was not clean, at all. We discarded the ash that was there and cleaned the grill as we went. This seems to be a problem in most locations we have stayed so its anticipated at this point.

We had a great time. The house is great. There is plenty of room for gathering and the kitchen is awesome. Loved having the ice machine didn't have to worry about going and picking up ice. Brian the host is excellent. He answered all the messages I sent him very fast. Hoping we can go back in the summer to enjoy the pool.
