Great property!!! Listing information was spot on and everything was very well stocked (kitchen, bathroom towels, basic supplies, etc.). Host was super responsive and gave great information. Absolutely beautiful property and can’t recommend it enough!

The house was in a perfect location for what we planned to do. It was clean and just as described in the listing.
The logs were missing but it still worked 🤷🏼‍♀️

The property was beautiful. The trees and flowers in bloom and surrounded by apple orchards all around. The place was clean and inviting and comfortable and peaceful.

The house was great for our family stay - plenty to do for everyone and even furnishings for little ones. The house is remote, which is great for a weekend get-away, but still only about 10 minutes into Hendersonville. Thee house was clean, the owners were VERY responsive and answered all of our questions.

I can’t say enough nice things about this beautiful home. The grounds are gorgeous. We came with 10 ladies from a church small group and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Coffee was great. Lots of sitting room in the comfy living room. The host answered all out questions quickly and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will def stay again if we are in the area.

We had an issue with check in, we didn't get the door code prior to arrival. After trying to contact, we rang the door (ring) bell, and luckily got an answer, they let us in. It was hours later before a code was provided. The other doors didn't have door codes, and the garage door did not work, so loading and unloading the car wasn't simple. The home was nice, but the garbage disposal was infested with fruit flies, and the yard was not usable due to significant growth of poison ivy/oak vines. We didn't miss a beat, provided the owner notification of the issues and purchased fruit fly traps and poison ivy spray, we provided notification and receipt proof - no response was received regarding these issues. The home has good bones, and we would re-book due to need for small kids to have multiple rooms for naps - just would bring our fruit fly traps and poison ivy spray next time (note we left items for the next family 70 lost)

Actually, the stay was quite nice. The house and property were beautiful and comfortable. Compliments to the owners.What made it maybe even less than ok was dealing with Unique Stays. Previously, I had a really good experience with VRBO. Dealt with VRBO and the owner directly. This time I felt palmed off to Unique Stays even though I paid VRBO a fee for what? Unique Stays requires a 6 page rental agreement. Been renting in the area for several years now and never had to do that before. Seemed to be fee oriented and not very hospitable. Also, hidden fee- additional guest fee. Would have expected in a home that sleeps 14, that guest 15 would be the additional guest- not guest 5. I contested the but was told I could have asked (?). Check in was difficult as the link sent was not active. My daughter-in-law had to cut and paste to my browser to get the code. Had to give my driver's license and picture. Way too much. Would still be standing on the porch had she not been with me. Also, no early entry unless another fee. Again, the house is lovely and the property beautiful, but I will not do business with Unique Stays again. Unique, but not in a good way.
