This is a beautiful fully furnished 1910s apartment in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland available between June 3rd and July 15th (with the ability to extend to July 31st if requested) for $2850/month, utilities included.
Located a few minutes walk to BART, and proximal to both excellent cafes and restaurants on Piedmont Avenue as well as on Telegraph Ave, and a few short blocks from Rockridge. The apartment consists of a breakfast nook, formal dining room, sitting room, fully-stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware. The house sleeps two with one formal bedroom hosting a queen bed.
A celebration of Danish design, the apartment features teak dressers, hand-crafted wood and brass details, hardwood floors and mid-century style furniture. Those inclined toward food preparation will enjoy German-made Zwilling knives and a charming array of local Heath Ceramics stoneware. There are two full workstations, complete with monitors and task chairs. Amenities include high-speed fiber optic internet and washer + dryer.
