This property is charming. Great location to walk into the town. The owners gave clear cut instructions how to use everything, gave great recommendations for the area for eating and left an adorable welcome basket of treats. I highly recommend this property. Thank you.

One of my favorite rentals ever. It was so clean which made me feel more comfortable. Great location. Beautiful property and pool. They have everything there you might need if you wanted to cook. We went out and loved The French Pantry, Columbia’s, and Harry’s. We ordered pizza from Carmelo’s and it was a hit. You’re right around the corner from Memorial Presbyterian Church. Highly recommend going by for a tour.

We had an amazing time, the home had everything we needed or could anticipate. The layout was not only perfect for just relaxing and hanging out together but also for a kick it up fun time hanging and swimming in the gorgeous salt water pool. The house is set up with a mix of the old and new that made it both charming and welcoming. The welcome basket was an added touch of elegance that was both enjoyed and appreciated.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was huge, accommodating our group comfortably, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition. The host was truly exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and went above and beyond with thoughtful gift baskets that we absolutely loved. This was a 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

This is the perfect home for vacationing in downtown St. Augustine. Convenient location. The home is well maintained, room to roam, nice outdoor area to relax and have fun in the pool. The hosts were very responsive and left us a welcome basket. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Weekend trip with friends, house was amazing, plenty of room, plenty of character, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. The pool area was especially relaxing and nice perfect temperatures and clean. The bathrooms were amazing. The showers all comfortable and excellent water pressure. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walking distance to the entire historic district. My party of 4 couldn’t have been happier.

The owners clearly care about your experience - the cleanliness, holiday decorations, special touches, and plentiful supplies were greatly appreciated. Beautiful historic home! Clean! Looks just like the photos! Very accommodating for travelers. Hosts were very responsive and care very much for your every need. Walk to Downtown, churches, shops, restaurants! We will stay again!! So much history to see here is St Augustine

Everything was amazing!! House was very charming with modern touches. The kitchen was very well equipped with high end appliances! Close enough to old downtown but far enough away from the crowds during nights of lights. We could not ask for a better place to stay!! We loved our stay here. The location for restaurants and shops is perfect. The pool area is excellent and the house has everything you need in terms of appliances. The beds are all extremely comfortable and the towels and linens are of a really high quality. The owners had left a lovely welcome pack and also toiletries and washing products. We couldn't fault a single thing.

This property was amazing!! We had an absolutely wonderful time. The outdoor area was perfect the pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for the perfect vacation get away. To top it off the location was perfect close to shopping dinning and attractions without having to use a car. Will definitely be renting again and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in an amazing location, an easy walk to downtown St Augustine and all the fun attractions and restaurants. The home was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The back porch and pool area were a big hit with our group. BJ and Carolyn are wonderful hosts and the lovely welcome basket was such a sweet touch!

Wonderful oasis

Great location. You can get to anywhere in less than 15 minutes. This is such a lovely house. Beautiful and historic. Restoration is so well done. You can tell a lot of thought and planning went into it. The pool area is fantastic. We very much enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again ourselves.

The hosts were most welcoming. The welcome basket with wine and snacks was first rate. From the start of the reservation process the hosts were very quick to respond to my many questions. The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays making our stay quite festive. You also won’t be disappointed by the lovely kitchen, spacious living areas, large TVs everywhere, the hot tub which was the hit with our grands. And the location is perfect. A quick walk to historic areas, but far enough away that it was still quiet. This was truly a first class five star stay. Hope to come back.

Family Vacation

This house is the BEST home on Vrbo for St. Augustine! Big, clean, fun and friendly! The pool and hot tub are amazing! The location is perfect, you can walk to everything! It's perfect for a short or long stay! We are going back! Love it! We will be making this our Florida home!

Best place to stay in Downtown St Augustine

Everything about this house is awesome. Check in was easy and quick. House was well equipped and clean. Awesome location to walk around the downtown area of St Augustine. Pool, hot tub and outside tv made our weekend perfect. Hope to be back soon!

One of the best houses my family has ever stayed in!! BJ and Carolyn are such wonderful hosts. They are very responsive and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The attention to detail was phenomenal. We went at Christmas time and the house was decorated for it! It made the stay extra special. They really make you feel at home for the holidays. And we were so thankful that we did not have to park downtown for the crazy traffic for the Night of Lights! Everything was within walking distance and it made the trip even better.The house is stunning and we loved our stay here. Would definitely stay here again or at any place managed by BJ and Carolyn!

Wonderful home for a family vacation!!

Beautiful home with all amenities and very spacious for the family! We wanted to celebrate New Years week in St Augustine with the fireworks and activities and enjoyed learning the history of the town. There are so many fun adventures that kept us entertained all week. As well as being in the comfort of a home. Great find!

Beautiful historical oasis

We really enjoyed this home and appreciate the history as well as all the renovations and details they put into this property! The kitchen is amazing for entertaining, and there’s so much space throughout. The pool and hot tub is amazing also! But most importantly, I loved that this was walking distance into town! We were literally two blocks away. Everything from the linens, To the showers and the mattresses was super cozy! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Thanksgiving get-away

The property was lovely indoors and the outside space. It had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The location was perfect, you could get to downtown St Augustine in 10 minutes. The owners responded rapidly each I time I had questions. I would recommend this rental to big or small family's.. We will definitely rent again. It made for a perfect Thanksgiving.

This home is welcoming and the hosts show they appreciate you visiting by the attention to the little things. They left a booklet of their favorite things about the area and info on the home and its history, as well as a basket of goodies for us to enjoy. The location is excellent for walking to many attractions and restaurants. The pool area is perfect for relaxing. The only negative was that there are cameras all around the pool and it felt odd. We realize in the current world of “sue first ask questions later” it might be necessary for the owners protection but we didn’t appreciate it. All in all, a lovely and welcoming place to stay while visiting St. Augustine.
