Three of us stayed here for a workshop being held in the neighborhood center across the street. It could not have been more convenient. We felt safe and secure. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking/running. It is convenient to groceries and restaurants. Had the weather cooperated we would definitely enjoyed the patio.

Great house that we stayed at for a lacrosse tournament at Grand Park

Perfect for what we were looking for. Weekend lacrosse tournament at Grand Park only about 15-20 minutes away, clean house, and nice back yard for the dogs!

This is an older home. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Tom, the host, was very responsive to any question we had. Would recommend to any who want to bring their fur babies with them. Great views and pet friendly walking trails around 3 ponds/lakes

I was in town for work for over a month and stayed at property. Tom was easy to communicate and the property is perfect area to all shopping and food. with and house was as described.

This place was easy to get to. Tom communicate the whole time with our group. He is so nice. Diffently will stay here again.

This house is very cozy. Its listing is exactly as posted. It is on well water so the bathroom were very clean but if not familiar with well water you would think they are not. We love the outside area. The deck was great for being so close to downtown. Tom is so nice he made sure everything was good.

Grand Park Stay

We stayed at this little ranch while in town for baseball at Grand Park. This house is in the middle of a very affluent area, there are a lot of restaurants and bars within driving distance. Also a nice area with some restaurants and shopping within walking distance, if you feel up for walking through a neighborhood with beautiful tree lined roundabouts and well manicured mansions. We had lunch and a drinks at Danny Boy (the blood orange margarita was fantastic). We were the first people to book and stay at this home and the owner, Tom, was very communicative and extremely encouraging to let him know if he needed to tweak anything for future guests. I sent him a small list of a few minor things that could make your stay more comfortable. I trust he will take those suggestions into consideration. It’s good to note this is an older home and does have well water. I grew up on a farm with well water so it was nothing new to me! Just know that sometimes the toilet water can look a little rusty. The refrigerator offers filtered water for drinking. There is a washer/dryer available in the garage, which is great for trips with baseball uniforms or anyone who just likes to go home with cleaned clothes. The house has an eclectic style, soft blue walls, mismatched furniture and the back bedroom was extremely comfortable. Overall, good stay in a nice area!
