DO NOT STAY HERE
Do not stay at this property. When we arrived we found the tub drain was so corroded that there was not even a stopper in it and the finish on the bottom was coming off. There was a quarter size hole in the kitchen floor that you could see all the way to the dirt. The grass in the back yard was knee high. We also discovered there was no hot water in the tub. It was fixed the next day but the tub was so bad we could not take a shower in it. We notified Ryson about our issues and were told to send pictures and they would get back to us within an hour. We sent the picture but no one ever got back with us. We left the house and had to go get a hotel run on Saturday due to the issue. We never received a call back until leaving four more message from Saturday and Sunday. We finally received a call back Sunday night. We only received one nights refund and were told all the issues would be looked into. This was the worst rental experience we have ever had.
