Enjoy a King bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Very nice property and the location was great. We walked to many of the nearby shops and restaurants. The view of the lake was beautiful and it was so nice to walk the path that was nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The stay was great! The only thing that would have made it perfect would be upgrading the pool lounge chairs as they had missing pieces that made them uncomfortable and enforcing kids remaining with parents at the pool.

We loved our short getaway -- it ended up being too short after we settled in and got used to the great lakeside view, the lovely walks in the park, and the strolls through town.
