This place is a quiet, separate guesthouse in our gated backyard. It is two stories. The first floor is a lovely living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor
has all the essentials, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a work desk. You'll find towels, essential soaps, a hair dryer, an iron and board, air conditioning, and heating to ensure comfort throughout your stay. With the provided linens, you can look forward to a restful night's sleep in this cozy home away from home.

ONCE YOU HAVE ARRIVED, There is plenty of free street parking. Enter the gate and turn left. Along the south side of the house is a gate. There is a string to open the side gate. Walk along the side of the house, and the guest house is in the backyard. You are home!

Great stay at great, quite and safe location

We, family of 5, stayed in the guesthouse 4 nights. Check-in, -out and communication with property manager was perfect. The location of the house is great to explore and go around Santa Monica/LA, go to beaches, Universal Studios, etc. For eating there are nice places at Montana Av. Even in walking distance. The kids also enjoyed the nice pool. We had a great stay and fully recommend the guesthouse!

Beautiful Neighborhood

The rental was in a very quiet and beautiful section of Santa Monica. Parking was very easy and the apartment very comfortable and modern. My only wish would have been for a full length mirror, other than that it was perfect! Thank you!!:)

Nice location and space

Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet and there's a nice yard with a pool, although the pool is not gated so we had to be quite vigilant since we were staying with little kids. I guess the owner isn't familiar with curb your enthusiasm ;) we did check with the owner about the pool before staying so we don't feel misled, just wish it was gated.The only other issue we had was communication. Owner was not present or reachable on check in day and took a while to respond otherwise. Luckily we figured out how to get inside and didn't need much during our stay so it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when my kids are older.

Property was exactly what we needed. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed inside. Pool was not heated, but host alerted me of that before we booked. It was still clean & kids enjoyed it. Close to everything in SM, and hosts were very polite and quick to respond to questions. We told our local friends, for when they have visitors too. Would def stay again here.
