Come enjoy this cozy condo that faces a freshwater pond with a fountain. Enjoy the convenience of a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than a one a minute walk to the Intracoastal sound to see the beautiful sunsets. Ocean front pool access and 2 blocks to the beach access. Access to 3 community pools, tennis courts, and grills - all within 20 feet from the condo.
42 Crystal UH-HDTV and wireless broadband internet access.
This is a first floor unit not ground floor. No golf carts or drop cords allowed.
