La propiedad está ubicada en el océano en un complejo hotelero de 4 estrellas, con hermosas vistas del océano y la ciudad desde el balcón. El hotel tiene dos piscinas, restaurantes, SPA, gimnasio, sauna y otras comodidades estándar del hotel. Hay servicios de valet y conserjería disponibles. El condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con sala y cocina. La unidad ha sido recientemente renovada y exquisitamente amueblada. Estarás a 10 minutos en auto o en autobús de South Beach.
EL HOTEL VA A TRAVÉS DE UNA RESTAURACIÓN DE HORMIGÓN, POR LO QUE PODRÍA HABER RUIDO ENTRE LAS 9 AM Y LAS 4PM LOS LUNES HASTA LOS VIERNES. Toda la construcción se detiene el viernes a las 4 p.m. y se reanuda el lunes a las 9 a.m. ESTE APTO ESTÁ EN EL LADO SUR, DONDE TODOS LOS BALCONES Y RENOVACIONES EXTERNAS ESTÁN COMPLETOS, ENTONCES EL RUIDO ES NEGLIGIBLE.
EL ACCESO A BALCON SE PERMITE AHORA A TODOS LOS INVITADOS. .
HE DESCUENTO LA TARIFA POR ESTAS RAZONES.
RECIENTEMENTE TENEMOS INSTANCIAS EN LAS QUE LA LINO ESTÁ MANCHADA CON MARCAS AMARILLAS NARANJAS, QUE NO SE PUEDEN LAVAR. PODRÍA SER BLOQUEO SOLAR O AGENTES DE BRONCEADO. NO ME GUSTA MANTENER EL DEPÓSITO DE DAÑOS DE CUALQUIER PERSONA, SUPERAR LOS DAÑOS MENORES. LA ROPA MANCHADA SERÁ CARGADA. DESPUÉS DE REGRESAR DE LA PISCINA O DE LA PLAYA, DUCHA ANTES DE UTILIZAR LAS CAMAS.

A great place to stay. The pools and proximity to the ocean were fantastic. It’s a little isolated without a car and the small store and lunch room were incredibly expensive.

Great Location! Close to beach!

Great location, nice and close to the beach. Two pools to choose from the upper level is more for adults. The room was spacious. Nice bathrooms First day or two had issues with elevator but resolved. Would go again.

Overall a great place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay the few days we were there. We had no idea how busy the area is, and this were not prepared for all the traffic. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the fact that our bracelet would not work that enabled us to open the door to get back to the hotel from the public beach. This was a problem for most everyone though,and should be addressed by the hotel staff.

Another Great Stay in Miami Beach

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. The condo is in a great location. Great for walking or hopping on the Trolley. Gunjan is an awesome host. Super responsive and the condo is fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to next year.

I really enjoyed my stay! It’s right by everything and close to ocean drive. Beautiful views and very clean. Hating the beach that close is marvelous! Two pools, a tiki bar, jacuzzi, restaurant inside. Everything was just beautiful! The host is wonderful and supplied everything we needed. Definitely recommend! I will be staying at this place again in the future.

Booked this 2 bedroom suite for my family to see Taylor Swift concert. Great location. We enjoyed the pool. Easy access to beach. Valet service was prompt. View was great form the balcony. A few lights were out and mgmt was very prompt to fix. A picky thing but Would love to see the beautiful lights shine brighter (need Dusting). Would I stay here again - yes.

Great place, Great host

Silky smooth check in/out process. An absolutely amazing, responsive and gracious host. One of best I’ve ever had! Condo is cozy and nicely appointed. Conveniently located on the beach/boardwalk with full access to the properties amenities-pools, wave runners etc. Lyft/Uber super cheap in Miami and extremely fast. Definitely a redo for us! Thanks Gunjan for an amazing stay.

Miami Beach

Wonderful place at The Alexander! Place is as described, very clean, and secure. Property is in a great location, with both beach and pool access. Security guards are at both the main entrance to the resort and at the back entrance to pool. Certainly would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. There is a nice convenience store on the lobby level. No outside food or beverages are allowed at the pool however you can purchase food and drinks by the pool, they a little on the expensive side but good.

Perfect stay for a girls trip!

Clean, comfortable, cozy condo. Beautiful views from unit and balcony. Loved the beach and pool access with tiki bar for food and drinks. Gunjan responded very fast and is a lovely host. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Enjoyed our stay!

We just stayed here 5 nights and worked out very well for us. Apartment was very clean and as advertised. Location was good. Easy checkin and walked to some restaurants in nearby hotels which was convenient.

Fantastic Condo

This is the second year we stayed at this property. Gunjan is an awesome host. Great communication and super helpful. The condo was perfect. Clean and well stocked. We did not use the kitchen much but everything was there if you want to cook a few meals. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms neat and clean. Balcony with both sunrise over the beach and sunset city views. Property has 2 pools and just steps to the boardwalk and beach. And Gunjan even left Welcome gift of some Chocolate and Wine. Highly Recommend

Great, clean, comfortable apartment!

Great experience. Apartment is CLEAN and well maintained. (Always most important to me). Comfortable (comfortable beds and linens). Well located in a building with a great pool and beach access. Nicely decorated (as pictured). And host was very responsive. Would rent again!

Great Condo with everything you need for a break, combined with a great location- convenient for easy access into Miami, as well, tourist attractions such as Key Largo, Fort Lauderdale both 1-1.5 hrs drive.

Excellent Choice

We chose to stay at this property based on location, amenities, and prior positive reviews. While there were a couple hiccups we could not have been happier with our choice. Gunjan was very responsive and a gracious host. The unit itself is clean and well stocked. It is perfect for a small family as there are 3 beds and 2 baths. This was very important in our search for a place to stay in South Beach. The hotel is nice but there were a couple of issues during our stay. There are two pools but the upper deck pool is adults only. This would have been nice to know beforehand as it offers great views and more sunshine. There are two hot tubs but neither was working during our stay. The weather was cold at times and a dip in the tub would have been very welcoming. We inquired with the staff and were told maintenance had been working on it for a couple weeks but it was still not fixed. The lower pool is the family pool and there is a waterfall feature the kids were very excited about. Unfortunately it too was not working and again we were told maintenance was on it. Lastly, the fitness center was closed during our stay. With all that said we would 100% stay at this location again. The ocean views on one side and downtown Miami on the other are amazing. Since this was our first trip to Miami there was a learning curve but with a little research you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, and activities within short distance.

Mid beach Miami

The property was beautiful! Check-in process could not have been smoother! I would stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the deck gives you a view of both the ocean and the inlet.

Got married and moved to new York city, Manhattan. For the past 3 years have been in Miami beach, I call it home now!! My children are at an age where I can get back to work. So here I am hosting guests at my apartments.

It is in a condo hotel, the conveniences of the hotel are great. Beaches of miami are a huge attraction for people and this property is directly on the ocean.

The unique benefits of this property as I mentioned is its location, in mid Miami beach, part of a condo hotel and on the ocean. The condo is 15 minutes away from most Miami attractions. I have newly renovated the place and it has lovely furnishings, chandeliers etc. It would be a pure pleasure to stay here.
