Great property close to everything we wanted to see.For 2 the house is too big but the price is great and a family would really love it here.So great that its dog friendly our pooch loved it !Definitely a great booking.

Quiet neighborhood, clean large house, great back yard. We were enjoying the surrounding areas so much. We didn’t have time to use the game room, but we did check it out and it was very cool. Looking forward to coming back.

Great location

Great property, very clean and comfortable. Host was super helpful and nice. Ideal location for visiting Jerome, Sedona, Prescott and Verde Canyon train ride.

Great location & space for dogs

This property was as described. We loved the backyard for the dogs & gameroom was fun. Excellent location to get to hikes, Old Town Cottonwood and 20 min drive to West Sedona.

Great quiet neighborhood w/ perfect house set up

Came with my family and stayed for 5 days and nights. Outstanding experience with host and just truly loved the house. Clean, perfect size with updated appliances. Backyard was perfect size with picnic table that we used for meals at times. Overall family and I just really enjoyed the house. Simple, clean and practical.

Cozy

The home was comfortable and in a cozy neighborhood. Back yard is fenced in with play room in garage, great for kids. The front porch has steps without rails so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mobility issues. Property manager is very nice.

Overall Fine

The house itself is perfectly fine and was as advertised. A few suggestions: - Get better WiFi - it's weak with the satelite and having no "cable" is no big deal since most folks have apps, but with weak WiFi/Internet, loading YouTubeTV was very slow. - Add another couple cooking pans - there were only 2 small fry pans and with 4 people, cooking took time. - A firepit in the back yard would be a nice touch, but I understand it may be a liability issue. Otherwise, location was fine, close to everything and we enjoyed the stay. It's always nice when someone opens their house to you.

This is a really great property when we come to visit our three young grandchildren. They love to play in the garage and the fenced in back yard is great for playing and for our dog to play too. We have the property reserved for their fall break too.
