Deer Park / Loon Mtn. - Condo Riverfront - PrĂšs du Clubhouse - WIFI

Situé dans le Deer Park Resort souhaitable, cette unité d'extrémité de niveau supérieur est juste sur la riviÚre Pemigawasset. Le salon de cette unité contient de beaux plafonds cathédrale, un foyer au bois (amplement de bois de chauffage fourni) et un téléviseur HD à écran plat avec cùble. Des portes coulissantes mÚnent à une terrasse qui surplombe la riviÚre Pemigawasset. Il y a aussi deux lits queen, un lit complet et deux lits jumeaux pour accueillir votre famille ou vos amis. Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, salle à manger, laveuse / sécheuse et WIFI sont également inclus.
SituĂ© au coeur des Montagnes Blanches, Ă  quelques minutes des monts Loon et Cannon. Ce complexe bien entretenu dispose d'un club-house avec piscine intĂ©rieure, sauna, jacuzzi, salle d'exercice, terrains de racquetball, table de billard, ping-pong, salle d'exercice Ă©quipĂ©e et vidĂ©othĂšque. En outre, un lac privĂ© de 5 acres avec plage pour la baignade et la pĂȘche, des courts de tennis et de basket-ball, un sentier nature, une aire de jeux et une vue imprenable sur les Montagnes Blanches. En hiver, il y a une patinoire extĂ©rieure gratuite sur place et une navette le week-end et les semaines de vacances Ă  Loon et retour en Ă©vitant les tracas du parking.

Great place for family trip

I book our annual vacation and picked a great spot this year. The condo was nice, clean and plenty of room for us all. It’s a great spot for a family with kids, they enjoyed the river, indoor pool, playground and beach. Communicating with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond and friendly. We would definitely book this place again!! .

Perfect location for Franconia Notch activities

Very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Pemi. We came in on the Kanc, and spent the next day in Franconia Notch. This was a perfect home base for us. The unit is 3rd floor, so no one is above you and it's quiet. We had a little trouble working the lockbox to get in, but figured it out.

I have stayed all over the resort and this unit at Deer Park is as good as it gets. Beautiful and quiet view of the river and property with easy access to all. Would def stay again !

Perfect Family Vacation!!

This was a perfect vacation for my family. The condo was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the resort had so much to offer. We swam in the lake, went tubing down the river, walked to restaurants and shops, and hiked up a gorgeous mountain! I can’t think of a better place to vacation with my family!

Summer getaway

This our second year staying in Melissa’s condo and it was perfect again, plenty of space for a family with teens, great location to river, clubhouse and lake/beach, as well as other places in the White Mountains. We have been renting at Deer Park for over 10yrs and this is our favorite condo!

Great place for a weekend

My family enjoyed their stay, the condo is well located and has an AWESOME view of the river. There is only one AC unit in the living area so in order to keep the entire condo cool it is necessary to leave bedroom doors open.

Wonderful time!

The location of this unit within Deer Park is fantastic - close to the clubhouse, the lake, and tennis courts. The Unit itself is clean and the owners are easily reached in case they are needed. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!!

Awesome rental!!

From start to finish this rental was awesome! The owner was very quick in responding and very pleasant to deal with. This rental had everything we needed and more. Very well stocked kitchen as well as a ton of extra towels and linens. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fun for the Family

This condo unit is nestled in the white mountains with a lake on the property and a river flowing behind the condo. A clubhouse with a pool and hot tub is in the resort ( but check first to see if it is operational) as well as tennis and basketball courts! The condo plenty to do if you want to just relax in front of the fireplace or hike along the grounds! We’ve been coming here with family for years!

Highland Games weekend

Three of us came up for the Highland Games...one piper and two friends. The condo was clean and comfortable. (I don't thing the pictures do it justice.) All windows face the back of the condo, with views and sounds of the Pemy River complete with a bubbling brook. Stunning! The location is very convenient for the Games. There's a shuttle pickup/dropoff point at the complex entrance.

May Weekend in New Hampshire

This third-floor condo unit in Deer Park has a fantastic balcony view of the river. The entire condo community is surrounded by breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. I needed to contact the host for clarification on how to get into the property. She returned my call in under 10 minutes and followed up immediately via text. She was responsive and helpful for the entire duration of our stay. Through no fault of the host, the indoor pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. The host went above and beyond to seek out other accommodations for us, calling multiple other indoor pools in the area on our behalf. Not only did she find an alternative for us at her expense, but she also wrote out a thoughtful list of other activities for our family in the area. We have stayed in Deer Park multiple times in the past few years - there are opportunities for hiking, unique restaurants, and beautiful scenery. This was one of the coziest and most-well maintained condo units we have seen, and it is obviously lived-in and well-loved by the host. We would definitely return in the future.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Deer Park. We have been visiting/renting at Deer Park for about 10 years, different condos depending on our vacation time and what’s available, but Melissa’s condo was one of our favorites! Right on the river with a great table on the deck to enjoy our morning coffee or cocktail in the evening while listening and enjoying the River. Close to the clubhouse and lake. The condo is cozy but spacious for a family, the condo was very, very clean and stocked with everything you would have at home. Melissa was quick to respond from the day we booked the condo through the day we left and also very accommodating. We definitely will try to book this condo again next summer!

Great Getaway Spot

We just returned from a great getaway to N. Woodstock. The accommodations here could not have been more perfect. Everything we could have needed was available to us. The condo was clean, spacious and conveniently located to the lake and amenities building. The Deer Park location is so close to all the area attractions. Thank you again for a wonderful visit.

Beautiful Woodland Condo

Melissa was very responsive with our rental. No one was in before us or after us so she invited us to come earlier in the day and stay later on checkout day. The condo had everything listed and was so relaxing. We tried to drive the Kangamangus highway but it was too crowded. We chose instead to use the recreational center and swam, worked out and used the hot tub. All of us cannot wait to return next year.

Amazing location!

We loved our stay here! We felt like the location tucked back further down the resort road and right in front of the river couldn’t be beat! The condo was so big and super clean! Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed! My family loved playing in the river at the end of a long, fun-filled day. It’s very close to all of the sights like Boulder Caves, Flume Forge, and our favorite breakfast spot-White Mountain Bagel. We would definitely love to stay here again!
