Had a great stay. The accommodation fit our needs perfectly. I would recommend. For the amount y of children I saw on the property, I expected of to be extremely loud. It was not and we got some good sleep too. Centrally located was an added bonus.

Very clean and spacious. The facility was perfect. Indoor and outdoor pool was great. Easy access to the beach no hassle at all. Host answered any question i had and i absolutely loved the “onboarding links” leading up to our stay. It gave me all the info i needed upon arrival.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing that I would suggest would be maybe upgrading the balcony furniture. Maybe chaise lounges

The condo was fairly clean. The Vrbo listening says it has 4 working TV’s. The tv in the living room worked but no others. The check out day was horrible. Check out was at 10:00 but they changed the code before 9:00. Locked us out while loading our belongs. The HOA person was wonderful trying to help us. She had to call them numerous times. Finally after about 45 minutes someone came and got us in. He acted like we shouldn’t have locked the door while we were down loading sure stuff. Had they not changed the code before check everything would have been fine. Only one elevator worked the last two days.

I’ve asked our team to have a tech inspect the non-working TVs and confirm all units listed are functioning; if the listing is inaccurate we’ll correct it. I’m investigating why the door code was deactivated early and will reinforce our keypad scheduling and staff procedures so codes remain active through the posted checkout time. I’ll also follow up with the HOA/maintenance about the elevators and ask for better communication when only one is operating. Stayed in 905. Beach and location are great! Perfect balcony with clean view of the ocean! Condo could have been cleaned better. Husband mopped the floors when we got there bc they felt so sticky. It helped but our feet were still black when walking barefooted in the condo. Shower in masterbath didn't drain. We told them and they offered to come look at it for us but we just told them to check it out between tenants. Other bathroom had a burned out light and celing looked like it had water damage and there were signs of black mold which is a little concerning. Also, there was a patch of mold in the entry way/hallway ceiling that needs attention. Beds were nice, comfortable and clean. Kitchen had enough supplies. Check in and out were super easy!
