Highlights include free parking, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a fabulous games room including a pool table, darts board, and board games to give you all the entertainment that you need.

This property has a homely feel and is only a mile away from Nottingham city centre.

The space
This beautiful newly refurbished home has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms, two of which have a double beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an additional two guests.

The property is well served by public transport, should this be needed. For guests which are driving, there is free on-street parking with a permit available at the property.
It is the perfect location for a family weekend, business trip or for anyone working in the area for a long period of time and not wanting to be confined to a hotel room.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.

We had a nice stay here, host rang me before check in and was very helpful.It was a shame about the people next door who were blasting music till gone 4am, despite this we had a nice time and will stay here again.

Simple, two bedroom house for an overnight stay to go to a gig at the Motorpoint. Wrong side of town centre but the tram sorted that out. Clean, tidy and lovely house plenty good enough for my needs. Would stay again.

The host communicated well and was exceptionally kind. We accidently left a computer behind and they made retrieving it easy. The house was as-described and cozy for our family. We felt at home.

Comfortable stay

It was comfortable. Clean. Unfortunately the the guest prior to us smoked marijuana in the main room. I’m sure there was very little for the host to address this before we checked in. Otherwise great, courteous.

Thank you for your kind words about the house. We are very sorry about the smell of marijuana. Guests are not allowed to smoke in the house at all and we have informed the previous guest regarding this. We tried our best to get rid of the smell, via air fresheners and opening the windows but unfortunately you still experienced it during your stay. We hope that this does not stop you from booking again as it is not a reflection of us as a business.
