We loved Lazy Bear LodgeWe had a great time celebrating my 70th birthday with all my family. There was plenty of beds and 6 bedrooms for everyone. Big kitchen and big kitchenette fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking for big groups. Perfect for me as I have celiac disease and having a separate kitchen is always great. Lots of activities including a game room, board games, a kayak, paddle boards, ping pong table etc Giant hot tub, great location We really enjoyed that every night.

Thank you so much for choosing Lazy Bear Lodge to celebrate such a special 70th birthday! We’re so happy the home gave your whole family plenty of room to be together. We’re especially glad the separate kitchen was helpful for accommodating your celiac dietary needs and made cooking during the trip a little easier. It sounds like you made great use of everything the home has to offer, from the game room and water activities to relaxing in the hot tub each night. We loved being part of such a memorable family celebration and would be thrilled to welcome everyone back!

We had an amazing stay at this property and would definitely come back! The location is hard to beat—being directly across from Lake Tahoe made it easy to enjoy the lake, beaches, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The views were absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings and evenings, and really made the trip feel special. The house was perfect for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. The game room and hot tub were huge hits after long days of exploring, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family made some great memories here, and the combination of the incredible views, unbeatable location, and spacious accommodations made it an easy 5-star experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing Lake Tahoe getaway!

This was an excellent home for our family vacation. The kitchen was well supplied with most of what we needed to cook meals. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The house is on the main road as mentioned in the listing, so there is road noise, but the trade off is being right across from the lake with great lake views from upstairs. The beds were comfortable and our family enjoyed the game room and, especially, the kayak and paddle boards which we used most days. The hosts were quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

There were 11 of us a family reunion. We had the best time the Lodge was perfect. There were areas you could go to get away from it all the house had so many activities and games , you really did not have to leave the house. It is close to so many activities in Lake Tahoe. The location was perfect for shopping, Golf and Miniature Golf as well. The house is stocked with a great kitchen and really all you need. wait until you see the Suite over the Garage! awesome! The hosts were amazing and were quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great time

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for us. The only downside is the traffic as this house is on a busy street. But we enjoyed our time both indoors and outside.

Amazing house. Lots of different rooms and areas for our big family, both kids and adults. Host was very communicative. A couple of minor maintenance issues arose during our stay, but he was very responsive and endeavored to correct things and make our stay enjoyable. Be aware that the house is on the main road that goes around the Lake, so there is a lot of traffic noise. Overall, a great place for a large family gathering.
