Thank you for sharing your feedback about Grand Panama 2-1404 Penthouse. I’m sorry your stay was marred by the parking, check-in delays, and lack of carts. I apologize for the 30-minute wait to get parking spots and the code — we’ll review our arrival procedures and on-site staffing to reduce that delay. The reserved parking space being taken and the hotel’s inability to identify the vehicle is unacceptable; I’ve reported this to on-site management and security so they can improve enforcement and vehicle registration procedures. I also regret there were no carts available. I’ve asked the on-site operations team to ensure luggage carts are stocked and accessible at peak check-in times. Finally, maintenance will inspect and repair the items in the unit that weren’t working. Thank you for noting the room’s positive aspects. We’ll use your comments to make improvements. Team BBG
