Well-Appointed Living Area/Bedroom/Kitchenette Combo: The living room features contemporary decor, and a cozy loveseat with an ottoman. There is a large sliding glass door for ample natural lighting next to the bed. Step out on the balcony, smell the fresh salty air, and see the ocean! What an Amazing way to unwind and relax. The fully equipped Kitchenette is just on the other side of the loveseat living area. Coffee pot/k-cup available. Includes a modern full-size bathroom with shower/tub combo. Luxury sheets and towels are Included FREE. Elevator in Building.

Enjoy your beach access just steps away. Onsite there is an outdoor pool with outside restrooms. Be sure to visit the next-door gym, arcade, coffee bar, pizza shop, and oceanfront bar and restaurant. Explore parasailing, snorkeling, windsurfing, and boating. Visit Broadway at the Beach (5.6 miles away) or the Alabama Theater (6.6 miles away).

Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
General Conduct
Guests are responsible for their own behavior and that of their family and visitors, including any property damage.
Porches & Balconies
No items may be thrown from balconies. Keep areas clean and uncluttered.
Common Areas
All common areas are non-smoking. Do not leave trash or personal items (e.g., chairs, strollers, wagons) in hallways, stairwells, or shared spaces, as they can create hazards.
Grilling
Grilling is only allowed in designated areas. No grills or cooking devices are permitted on balconies, porches, patios, or common areas.
Fireworks
Fireworks are illegal within Myrtle Beach city limits.
Occupancy Limit
Per Myrtle Beach fire code, the unit may not exceed 8 overnight guests.
Pets
Only small, non-aggressive pets are allowed. Dogs over 35 lbs or deemed aggressive must be removed immediately or the renter may be evicted. Owners must pick up after pets and keep them out of the courtyard. Failure to comply may lead to eviction.
Parking
A valid Ocean Dunes Villas I parking pass must be displayed. Park only in designated spaces. No oversized vehicles, trailers (except off-season for owners), motorcycles, or golf carts are allowed for renters.
Pool Area
Follow posted pool rules. Children under 12 must be supervised. No pets or glass in the pool area. Pool closes at 11 PM.
