Cozy studio on a quiet street in the center, 2nd floor, no elevator, close to all amenities and only a 10-min walk from the beach.

There is wifi (100 mbps), a smart TV (can use Netflix or YT), a new aircon unit, a new washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Kitchenette has everything you need to make a quick bite, there is a fridge in the room.

1 double and 1 single bed, sleeps 3. Suitable for an older child only.

The space
This studio apartment has a generous hallway with storage space for all of your things, as well as an ironing board and iron for those snazzy dinners out or sudden zoom meetings.

The bathroom is equipped with a traditional Albanian-style shower and a bidet, and also has a brand-new washing machine, so even for longer stays you're covered.

The sleeping area has 1 double and 1 single bed and sleeps 3, there is also a table and chairs in case you fancy eating in.

There is a small fridge for anything you want to keep at home.

The TV is equipped with a smart dongle so you can watch Netflix or YouTube via your own accounts (don't forget to sign out!).

The wifi is 100 mbits, so even if you're working remotely, you won't struggle here.

The kitchenette has everything you need to make a small bite to eat at home.

This is a private apartment and the entire space is yours.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator, please be aware of that.

No parties.

No small children unless you're bringing what you need. An older child will be fine in the single bed.
