Dipping spa pool that is set to 90 degrees and raises to 104 when ready for spa temperatures. You feel as if you are the only people inside Snow Canyon State Park when you stay at this Villa. Coordinate add on services with your Path Guide such as private chef, in-villa spa services, and adventure guides.

Full technology access includes fast unlimited device internet and premium television. This home includes a custom private elevator to allow for easy access to the second level.

Padre Canyon is part of Snow Canyon State Park and the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve and a great location to see and access the beauty of the area. If you are interested in seeing a show, the property is an easy walk to the Tuacahn Center for the Arts. For dining in town, it is a short drive to St. George along Snow Canyon Parkway. The neighborhood is privately accessed on Pathway Lane off Tuacahn Drive. Grocery and gas are also available within a 5-minute drive.

We welcome small to large gatherings of friends and families as well as corporate outings and team building. Arrival and departure times are highly flexible to suit your needs.

All rates include daily housekeeping and a personal host to answer any questions, assist with arrival and departure and to arrange adventure, personal chef, au pair, grocery and spa or beauty services (additional costs).

The owner of this home does not allow pets (this includes service animals).
Accommodations:
• Upstairs consists of two primary suites.
• Primary King suite with stunning north canyon views, a walk-in closet, a 5-piece bathroom with heated bathroom floors, a fireplace, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony with a spiral staircase to access the sauna, cold plunge, and backyard areas.
• The 2nd suite upstairs is a King suite with a beautiful east canyon and city views, a walk-in closet, a 4-piece bathroom with heated bathroom floors, a fireplace, and a balcony with a table.

o Full-service chef kitchen with Subzero and Wolf appliances. Waterfall quartzite countertops, dishwasher, wine fridge, pebble ice maker, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, and butler pantry.

o The East King suite with a kitchenette and closet. This room has its own entrance with a private patio and access to the outdoor shower. It can be utilized with the whole Villa, or alone. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and water closet. The Kitchenette consists of a microwave, mini fridge, and sink, with coffee and tea kettle and service for two.
o The middle king suite has its own patio space, closet, and private 3 piece bathroom.
o The west King suite consists of a closet, and bathroom with shower, tub, double sinks, and water closet. This room leads directly to the sauna, cold plunge, waterfall, and firepit area. This room will house two additional pull-out twin beds if your group is sleeping 12.
