Welcome to your home away from home! This stunning Walloon Village condo is located downtown and is directly across from Walloon Lake. You are walking distance to the beach area, recreation areas, and the shops/restaurants.

This 1 bedroom pine view condo is newly built and gorgeously designed with tasteful furnishings and an open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek appliances and ample counter space with an island offering even more dining seating. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living room space. Off of the dining area is the bedroom with a king bed and the full bathroom. The laundry area is attached to the bathroom. The living room area is beautifully designed with brand new furnishings that includes extra sleeping space with a single couch pull out and a day bed that sleeps 2, totaling 3 extra people in the living room area (might be best suited for 1 adult and 2 kids or 3 kids). Off of the living room area is a beautiful, private balcony that is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as you anticipate your Walloon Lake activities for the day.

This condo is centrally located between Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob for winter skiing. The fall is the perfect time to view the gorgeous colors and visit the numerous local wineries in the area. Great location. Grocery store downstairs and walk to bars and restaurants. Next to nice park with pickle ball court. Short drive to Petoskey and Boyne City. Condo spacious and clean. Brand new with nice amenities. Overall rating 4 stars due to view from condo and balcony on parking lot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was pure perfection. Communication and check in were a breeze. There’s plenty of parking behind the building and we parked in the spaces marked for renwick owners. This unit was clean and ideally suited for our family of three (one of whom is a 6’ 18 yo) so the actual day bed situation vs a pull out was a real plus. We all slept well, but did think we should mention that the window shades do not have a second light blocking layer. So between that and the week-day maintenance and delivery traffic, we all woke up early and started enjoying the lake. There are charcoal grills in the adjacent park so we grilled and had plenty of tools from the condo. We cooked in some, we ate out plenty and we highly recommend the Watershed and the Junction for in town drinks and/or dining.
