Better than expected

The place is tastefully decorated. The pictures dont do justice to just how nice the place is. Would definitely rent again if we decide to go to Seaside. Property agent very prompt with communication and easy to deal with.

Lovely new vacation home

Beautiful brand new home with plenty of parking and loads of space! The second balcony from the master bedroom was a pleasant surprise. 10 minute tops walk to the beach and plenty of other places within walking distance. Thank you so much for the great stay Jnan and Gita!

Vacation 2023

Condo is in great location, close to bay and beach. We used our bikes to get around everything is in close proximity of the condo. We loved the condo. Only complaint would be lack of pots and pans for cooking and the beds were not comfortable at all. We had to buy an air mattress for our room

Beach house.

Pros: The property was perfect for our large family. We had a great time. The house was in a perfect location with plenty of space and amenities. The wifi was great. We loved that there were plenty of beach badges for our family to use. Cons: Check-in was a bit difficult since we received the wrong house code and was not able to enter for a few hours after arrival. It took a while to get a response on how to enter the house. There was no linen, which wouldn't have been an issue, but we weren't told there was no linen until the day we arrived, so we had to purchase our own sheets. Definitely would stay again. The cons weren't a huge issue, and our family still had a wonderful time. 🙂

What a great place for a fun week at the shore!

The house is beautifully appointed, close to the beach and bay, in the quiet part of town. It had everything we needed but bring all of your own linnens and towels (we did)... what is there is due for replacement. Of note, the listing showed 4 queens, but the property had 6 twins (4 in a bunk room and 2 in a trundle bed) and 2 queen bedrooms with an air mattress as a 3rd queen. The little extras such as beach cart, crab cages and fishing poles are a nice touch and we definitely used those beach badges! The property manager was friendly and responsive!

Great House of Fun

We originally rented house for ourselves but ended up going with 2 more families. I wasn't sure at first if the house could fit 9 people but amazingly, it did. The house was clean and very well-maintained. It's only steps away from the public dock where the kids can go crabbing (the owners have a few cages but unfortunately we lost one. Really sorry Gita), and the boardwalk is on the other direction, about 10 mins' walk. Despite the popular amusement park and water park nearby, the beach wasn't crowded. There are two sandbars where the kids went "surfing" and had great fun. The only downside is the you can't use your seaside heights badges in the quieter Seaside Park any more (we could in the past but not this year), but we could always still find parking so it wasn't really a big deal. Gita is a really nice owner and the property manager Laurie is so pleasant to work with. The people are decent, and the place is great.

Our family and close friends enjoyed the facilities. It was a great week. It was a little cold for the beach but we enjoyed the Boardwalk. Every thing worked fine. The bunk beds were not ideal for adults. We did use the air mattress in the bed room with the day bed. The location was ideal. It was a short walk to the Boardwalk, pier, drug store and market.. Great week and we would do it again.

Great experience

We had a great family vacation. The owners and property manager were very accommodating. The home was perfect...very clean...plenty of room for our guests. The home is in walking distance to everything. We would definitely recommend this property to others

Great house!

The house is beautiful, great set up and very clean. The location was great, easy walk to the boardwalk and even shorter walk to the bay for sunsets. Quiet street and easy free street parking.

Beautiful and convenient home between the bay and the ocean. Great size for the eight of us!

Loved the master with the private bathroom. A lot of stairs lol ugh but all homes in this area have this. The home is beautiful. Bring your big pot if your cooking for a crowd. I always bring mine and a large griddle. Other than that this place was amazing!!! Quiet And family orientated. ❤️❤️❤️

Great House

The house is very nice and well stocked. Close to the bay and also walkable to the beach and boardwalk. The only thing we were looking for was some cookware. Specifically a large frying pan, mixing bowls, and serving dishes. A grill would have been helpful especially when cooking for a large group. Also, we never found the information sheet that goes with the house stating when garbage and recycling pickups were. We figured it out though by watching the neighbors and texting the property manager. Gita is very sweet and accommodating, I would highly recommend this property, overall a great house for a family vacation!

Some inaccuracies

Listing states all bedrooms have queens and also states there is a hot tub which there is not. Overall great experience using vrbo and the house was great.

Amazing family vacation

We had such a wonderful time. Plenty of room for the entire family! Roomy and beautifully decorated. We could walk everywhere! Beach, bay, water park and boardwalk. Hoping to come back next year!!!

Well kept and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 minute walk to the Bay and 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Such a great location and well kept condo - was perfect for all 3 families. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Seaside Heights.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This neighborhood is great. Good neighbors, nice houses. The beach and boardwalk is a 5 minute, 3 block walk. Breakwater Beach Water Park is also about 5 minutes away. The Bay is even closer, in the other direction. We enjoy cool evening breezes from our second floor covered porch.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property was recently constructed so all amenities are newish. We have WiFi throughout, cable TV and a laundry room. We’re in a quiet neighborhood away from the rowdy crowds near the boardwalk.
