Wonderful Stay!

Very cute house and layout! Was very clean and had everything we needed. Super close to the beach and the neighborhood was very friendly. Had a wonderful experience.

I had a great time with my son and his girlfriend. The location was nice and the place was clean and cute and spacious. They made everything easy. I wished they had bikes for use.

Location a plus all other negative

Would never stay here again and communication with property management is only one sided, they block your calls and cloak email. We arrived and found that the house had no working furnace. It was 62° in the house. The entire stay. Property management sent over three small electric heaters. Wash your eating and cooking utensils. The overall condition of the home was below standard. Went to use the dryer and found that rodents had made nest in the vent system since there was no screen to prevent them from entering. Nasty. Requested a refund form. Days have past and as of writing this review it has not been received nor can I seem to get in touch with property management to request it again even though they said they would send the form to me.

We are truly sorry about your experience, and we deeply regret that your stay was not up to the standard you expected. We understand how frustrating it must be not to have a working furnace upon arrival though this information is clear and disclosed in our listing description when you made the booking. We notice your feedback about lack of communication — but our record shows we have conversations both via phone, text and email. It was the platform that automatically blocks some information in the thread which is something that is out of our control. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are truly sorry that your experience was not as you expected it to be.
