Such a beautiful little house right in the beach. This is our second time renting and most definitely will rent again! So clean and a great location. The complete kitchen enabled us to feel like we were at home and enjoy home cooked meals making eating out option and not a necessity. The beach deck has spectacular sunrise views as well as sunset. Plenty of deck rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the view and the quiet!

If you are looking for the perfect little beach house this is it. Perfect for my husband and I but it can accommodate up to 8 comfortably. The rocking chairs on the back deck made it feel like home. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier that we fished from. Our host Neilie was awesome and generous! We will definitely be booking again when our schedules allow.

Mine! was the perfect place for our stay! The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is short and easy and sunsets on the porch will never get old. Can't wait to come back!

I’d recommended bringing all of your own sheets, pillows, and blankets. All of the blankets and sheets that were provided by the host were written on in sharpie with the property address. The beds had sand on them from the previous visitors which needed to be cleaned before putting linens on.

Hi Zachary - I am sorry that you were concerned about the sharpie on the mattress pads, zippered pillow protectors and blankets. The sharpie on the items that remain at the property was necessary as some guests strip everything from the beds and it is impossible to retrieve them from the linen company without clearly identifying markings. Rest assured, the bed sheets are clean and fresh and free of any sharpie. And I wish you had notified me of the sand issue as I could have had the cleaners quickly address this concern. I hope you enjoyed the island and visit OKI again in the future.

We had a great time at Mine Mine Mine! The host was very communicative throughout our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked which was nice for when we cooked dinners at home. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 6. Great location to the beach - very short walk over the dunes. House had amenities provided that made our stay much easier! Host was quick and friendly in all correspondence!We would stau here again!

Beautiful View

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The view was beautiful from the porch. The few steps away from the beach was a huge plus. The house was very clean and ready when we arrived! It was perfect for our trip and will definitely book again!!

Amazing Oceanfront House

We had a wonderful stay at this Oak Island oceanfront house. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. There are so many extras that made this VRBO exceptional such rocking chairs overlooking the ocean, ample linens and paper products, soaps, and a fully stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this property and host. My family will definitely visit again soon!

Paradise!

We had such a relaxing stay in this lovely home! Kitchen is so well equipped and appointed and the king bed was super comfortable! The oceanfront porch is everything, nothing but sand, seagrass, ocean and sky! We loved rocking and watching the birds flying overhead and in front with the sea grasses swaying in the background! Looking forward to another stay here for sure!

Perfect getaway!

Mine! is one of our new favorite places to stay. The location is quiet and the beach access was in great condition. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Many parts of the home appear newly renovated and everything was in very good condition and clean. Neilie was easy to communicate with - we will definitely be back!

This property was steps away from the beach! Steps! The cleanliness of this property was mind blowing. The hosts communication was above and beyond expectations with tips and ideas for the vacation. We will be going back to this property in the future.

Perfect Getaway

We were so happy with your home! It was clean, very well stocked with everything anyone would need during a vacation. Loved the location, out of the busy section of town, but easy to get anywhere we needed. Easy walk to and from the beach. Loved the "beachy" feel given by the way the home is decorated. Big kitchen was nice with great appliances. Very nice for a smaller group. Thank you again for sharing!!

Delightful and relaxing

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years. This ranks in the top 3 for sure! This was our first time visiting Oak Island and we are in love! Neilie was so sweet and a perfect host! The house is so cute, clean, and comfortable. The location is great. We did not have to rush out and buy anything after arriving as she has thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked. The whole house is set up so well for guests. The views are beautiful and the beach was not overcrowded at all. We LOVED the rocking chairs and oceanfront deck! We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future.

Mine! is the perfect cottage for a beach getaway! Loved having comfortable king beds, a short walk to the sand and perfect view off the back porch for watching sunsets. The updated kitchen is well stocked and smart features in the home make it easy to settle in quickly. We have stayed many times and will definitely be back!

We have been staying at Oak Island for a few years now. This house was my favorite so far and we have stayed in some very nice ones! It is in a great location with walking distance to pier. The house was clean, smelled good, and was so cute. It really felt like home. The linens on the bed smelled and looked fresh and clean. The kitchen was STOCKED! We like to cook and use the kitchen and it had better stuff than my own at home. Each room had a TV with Roku. The owner was responsive within minutes or even seconds about our questions. The porch had nice rockers. Everything we needed, we had. The only con was that the dunes are pretty high in that area so you don't get the full view like some of the other houses that are 2 levels. But that didn't bother me because I understand the importance of the dunes. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!!
