Stan is a lifelong Georgia Bulldawg fan, raised on Saturdays in Athens cheering “Go Dawgs!” with his parents, who were devoted season ticket holders. Those game-day traditions built a love for this city that never faded. Even though we now live on the beautiful coast of Georgia, Athens will always feel like home.

Together, we’ve built our lives and careers around real estate and hospitality. From managing and designing inviting spaces to helping families find the right home, we love blending what we do best: making people feel comfortable, cared for, and connected to the places they stay.

Hosting this home is special because it allows us to share not just a house, but a part of Athens that means so much to us. Whether you’re in town for game day, a family visit, or simply to explore, we hope you’ll feel the same warmth and community that drew us here in the first place.
