About the host
Hosted by Jennifer Robinson
Meet Your Hosts: Jennifer & Stan At 165 Brittain Avenue, you’ll not only find a welcoming home—you’ll find hosts who pour their heart into creating memorable stays.
Stan is a lifelong Georgia Bulldawg fan, raised on Saturdays in Athens cheering “Go Dawgs!” with his parents, who were devoted season ticket holders. Those game-day traditions built a love for this city that never faded. Even though we now live on the beautiful coast of Georgia, Athens will always feel like home.
Together, we’ve built our lives and careers around real estate and hospitality. From managing and designing inviting spaces to helping families find the right home, we love blending what we do best: making people feel comfortable, cared for, and connected to the places they stay.
Hosting this home is special because it allows us to share not just a house, but a part of Athens that means so much to us. Whether you’re in town for game day, a family visit, or simply to explore, we hope you’ll feel the same warmth and community that drew us here in the first place.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with 165 Brittain Avenue because it captures everything we adore about Athens—quaint, charming, and full of character. At just under 900 square feet, it’s cozy in all the right ways, with a layout that makes the most of every inch.
As real estate professionals, we know that size isn’t what makes a home special—it’s the feeling it gives you. This cottage has that timeless Athens character, with inviting spaces perfect for unwinding after a game, enjoying a weekend getaway, or just soaking up the local vibe.
It’s a place where you can slow down, feel at home, and make lasting memories. That’s why we knew this property was the right fit for us—and why we’re so excited to share it with you.
