A great place to base your SoCal adventures and to end your busy day.

The interior is open, bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, skylights, modern art and mid-century inspired furniture. The restful bedrooms feature breathtaking views, custom interior shutters and queen sized beds with award winning Saatva mattresses and linen sheets. The stylish Living Room sofa hides an additional queen sized bed. One bedroom features a desk for your remote work. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso Pixie pod coffee maker. There’s even an electric fireplace to cozy up in front of and a washer and dryer.

You’ll survey all of Conejo Valley, and may even see the Channel Islands, from the expansive rear patio where you can enjoy your own hot tub, outdoor living space, dining table and BBQ.

An amazing property with all the facilities you need, everything was clean and fresh. The outdoor space is a real plus with great views, the hot tub was awesome as the evenings passed too quickly. A real gem that we thoroughly enjoyed, great communication from the hosts too. Thank you

Super clean and nice open spacious kitchen with big island to gather around. The patio was super cool overlooking a valley surrounded by mountains. The hot tub was really nice. One of my favorite VRBOs that I have stayed at.

Everything was exactly as stated! So clean, well stocked, so comfortable! Only about 2 miles from the Ronald Reagan Library. Ate at Bandits in Thousand Oaks & it was the BEST!! Great service & the prime rib sandwich was to die for! Had a couple questions for Roland & he was quick in his response & was such a joy to meet!! He told us about a place to eat in Zumi beach, Surfside Restaurant & it did not disappoint! The view, sound of waves breaking. & good was unbelievable! Thanks Roland for the recommendation! The drive there was fantastic!! We would definitely stay here again!!!!!

We had a great stay. The place was new, cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The AC worked great! Nice outside area to hang out and enjoy the evening and the view. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The guest cottage was very clean and bright. There were a couple of issues with the lack of a proper coffee maker. There was only a Nespresso machine and only 8 pods provided. The pods are not readily available anywhere close by. The 4 of us are coffee drinkers and ended up having to go out for coffee daily. There was also an issue with the amount of toilet paper and not enough for 4 people for a 5 day stay.Overall, we did enjoy our stay

The pictures in the VRBO posting accurately reflect the the property. I especially enjoyed sitting on the mountain view patio to read or just enjoy the sunshine!.Did some hiking during our stay and especially appreciated the hot tub after walking up and down the mountains. Thank you Roland, your house was immaculate clean, beautiful high ceilings, nice updated ADU, beautiful kitchen, two bedrooms (one on each separate side) and the unbelievable beautiful views outside in the backyard was a big bonus! The jacuzzi was so nice to relax after a long drive. We will stay here again once we return to LA area!
