Its one of the safest and nicest House! My daughter loved the Jet tub! The host is very exceptional.. when I left the house, I forgot an importnat thing and he immedietly help me with it!

Host was very responsive to all inquiries from booking to time at the property. Location was nice with vicinity to Riverwalk and downtown area. Unfortunately had an abnormal cold evening and only a space heater available for the property. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I would say my stay was great.. Righhhtt up till 3:00pm Friday the day before check in. Nd then magically the WiFi shuts off. I asked the neighbors and they still had on.. So I believe the neighbor next door in the duplex. Whomever it is shut it off.Cause I could hear them laughing next door about it.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK THERE.. Bad thing is I was in the middle of work. That’s rude and made me miss out on .

I'm sorry to hear that the Internet went out. This is the first time that I'm hearing about it. If you would of contacted me I would have called Verizon because it runs on the 5g tower directly across the street and the WiFi router is in the unit directly under the TV in the bedroom in the box on the wall with a battery backup. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding but if you would have reached out to me then I would have been able to resolve it.

The host was readily available for questions and concerns. The structure was centrally located in downtown Bradenton a block from River Walk. Finally, the huge Jacuzzi bathtub was AWSOME.

Stayed only 2 days and loved it. Property was clean inside and out. Loads of channels to choose from on both TVs. Only issue we had was the neighbors had VERY lots y parties both nights. Considering it was Friday and Saturday nights, it was what it was!! Thank you for making our trip nice and peaceful.

Unfortunately, this stay was one other worst experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the house had a strong stale cigarette odor throughout the property, despite being listed as a non-smoking accommodation. The smell was noticeable as soon as you open the front door and in multiple rooms and made it impossible to stay here. We had to make other accommodation to stay elsewhere. I immediately contacted the host about the issue but received no meaningful response or assistance. I also reached out to Vrbo customer service expecting support, but the experience was equally disappointing. The issue was not resolved, and I felt that neither the host nor Vrbo took the concern seriously.Between the stale cigarette smell, lack of communication from the host, and poor customer service from Vrbo, I cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.

The room/house smelled of smoke. The host tried to cover the smell with very strong air fresheners. Unless we were sleeping, we had the front door open to air the place out. The shower was spacious and had great water pressure.
