Great place.

If you are lookin for a clean, no frills place to stay this is perfect. Similar to a large hotel room. Great for one person, two at the most.

This stay was great for our weekend stay. Conveniently located close to all the things we wanted to do. Host was very accommodating for our needs and everything was clean and tidy

Trip to Sarasota

It was a perfect place for a short stay in Sarasota. A nice size room and a the bathroom had a great walk-in shower. The kitchenette worked out very well for my microwave meals. Patti is a perfect Vrbo hostess.

AMAZING

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms and room was very clean and the host is super sweet and friendly. Great at everything that you would need for a night in :)

When I come back to the area this will be my go to! Beautiful bathroom, spacious, abd clean! The hosts are wonderful! They even brought extra food they had which was excellent! I cannot give enough stars for this stay! Grazie -Anthony M

Perfect!

This was a last minute decision and we are so happy we made it! The host was responsive in a timely manner and the room was clean and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was equally as beautiful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this location and will use again when we come back down!

An excellent place for what we needed. On a busy street, but inside the unit was quiet. It was VERY clean, but had a musty odor when we arrived that dissipated by the 2nd day. We'll be back!

Great location as promised . Very clean , nice modern bathroom .Worked perfectly for what we needed it for . Strange odor when entering the place after being out , but did not notice after you were in it Easy check in and check out . We did not drive but spot was available for parking

Convenient location

This property was well located for our purposes. Plenty of space. Property was as described. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bath was sizable and well appointed with a double vanity and a spacious shower! The kitchen facilities were sufficient for our needs. An easy chair would have been nice!

Close to IMG

We stayed here bc we had 8 am games at IMG. Its was very convenient for that. The bed wasn’t the best and was very loud when you moved. There were only 2 hard pillows. We ended up going to Walmart for extra pillows. This wasn’t vacation for us though and it was fine for what we needed.

The privacy was OkThe premises had a very strong smell of some chemicals like cleaning substance we still smell it on our clothes There was some distance noise coming from the house from time to time before midnight Other than that it was Ok

I didn’t get any contact info from Expedia When I got there I had to call them and ended up with a rep who was useless on getting contact with the owner The actual apartment was modern, well decorated and an excellent bathroom! Owner nice, any info I needed she provided I think she should show different picture

Is what it says it is.

It wouldn't take much to bump this up to a better rating. Patricia was quick on communicating with me with a small issue that was quickly resolved. The price was right for what we needed for our stay in Bradenton. There was a strange odor when entering the room. Not sure what it was. If your on a tight budget, this place will work for you.

We are a family of 4. 2 adults 2 children's. We do have a dog he stay in the house 98% of the time. You won't have contact with any of us.

This room it's part of the house, but it's totally independent has the own parking space, entry and bathroom, it has a separation from the back yard.
