Perched 3,000 feet above sea level, overlooking the sleepy town of Black Mountain, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 3-level home has a monopoly on views and entertainment. If making memories and renewing your soul are your goals for vacation, Almost Bearadise is calling!

About the Home
• Fully equipped kitchen with island seating for 4, dining for 8, dishwasher, and two types of coffee makers (standard drip-style and Keurig).
• Spacious living room with a 65” Class S90F Series OLED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart Tizen TV (Samsung Channels and streaming), gas log fireplace, and access to the covered deck with additional seating.
• Upper-level loft with sitting area, overlooking the living room.
• Lower-level game room with second living area with Smart TV (streaming only), electric fireplace, arcade games, foosball, hoops, and pool table; access to the second covered deck with rocking chairs and oversized porch swing.
• A whole-house generator protects the home from being impacted by power outages.

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The welcoming package was really thoughtful. We had a fantastic holiday weekend and enjoyed our stay with about 4 people. The porch was also a highlight in the mornings being able to sit out with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. The only minor feedback would be to share about the roads and yielding rules ahead of the stay, but this was quick to pick up and for us to learn to follow.

Home was clean and spacious. Perfect for family of 5 and two sets of grandparents. Black Mountain downtown is just 12 minutes away.

This house was well equipped for our family, and had a great combo of views, and proximity to the town of Black mountain! Our kids loved the bunk room and game room, and we loved the deck. While the house is named as “Brand New”, that may be outdated. However, it was just what we needed. The only downside was the noise from the highway trucks when out in the deck at night. However, being a quick drive from the highway and town was very convenient.

We've since updated the listing to remove that outdated wording so it better reflects the home today.
