Great location! The condo was very clean. A lot of space for our group of six people. Definitely needs some new outdoor furniture. The pool, beach and exercise facilities were great.

Being right on the beach was just what we wanted. Watched dolphins swimming back and forth most every day from our balcony!

It was great. Very clean. Maybe needed updating, but not a big deal. Pool was not heated, but tolerable.

Great view of the beach from our wraparound balcony. This spacious end unit condo was perfect for our group! It was clean and well maintained. We would definitely book this unit again!

Destin beach trip

We enjoyed the condo at Silver Shells. Spacious and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need. Convenient to pool and beach. Restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again

Spring break

The condo was large and overlooked the beach from the 14th floor. The pool and beach were a short walk from the condo and restaurants were walking distance. The elevator opened right into your condo.

Best View in Destin

Clean and spacious; great floor plan; needs updating, but very clean. The balcony views make up for the outdated bathrooms. The towels were a little too dingy so we washed them when we got there.

Room with a view

The unit is very spacious, but needs a little updating. The unit was very clean but the older bathroom fixtures were a bit off putting. View of the beach is spectacular!

Destin beach reality was amazing. So easy to check in and out. I really can’t think of any negative about the stay, everything was clean, views were great, we watched some fireworks from our deck that we were not expecting. Place was safe and secure. Loved the private beach, don’t pack you beach umbrella , you will not be able to use it on there beach, but they do have some you can rent. I can go on and on. So I will just say everything over met my needs and would definitely go back.

Great pool & Beach access & amenities like fitness center and pickleball courts. Renters should be informed in advance that there will only be two and possibly three key cards given to your unit. That means if you have eight adults, you only have three cards… This is a problem because you need a key card to get up and down the elevator access to the beach access from the garage access to the fitness center, etc.… You cannot even leave the property without the key card through their gates. And those three key cards were spotty at Best sometimes working sometimes not. We relied on the graciousness of others to get us in and out of things.Multiple attempts to fix them over the course of two weeks failed. The parking situation was an issue. The garage spot is assigned so that’s perfect. The overflow exterior parking is a nightmare and always full. We relied on security to help us out many times.. For those reasons we would not stay here again. We found the lighting very dark and the rental agent ran to Walmart and bought us a couple of pole lamps that we had to assemble in order to be able to play games at night. It’s very clearly a dated unit.
